Always on point. I thank this dental clinic for solving my problem. For me, everyone here is helpful. Sometimes you have to wait maybe 30-45 minutes, that's okay in this industry. I am very satisfied with my first visit, despite that it was an uneasy case. I recieved a quick and positive email reply to my urgent need of a visit. The Team was kind and helpful. X-rays incl. CT in the same facility. I felt comfortable during the visit. I appreciate that I was firstly diagnosed and at the end got instructions how to continue my treatment. I can recommend further.

experience and is still educating himself… in over a year I have not waited in the waiting room just once but on average 3-4 times a month, he was always willing to go out of his way with the entire staff to accommodate patients, whether adults or children. I have never seen disorganization or chaos in their waiting room. The receptionist knows about each patient and can direct them correctly. Many times the doctor himself or the lovely nurses will come to you. Never anything other than with a smile and asking how you are. What the clinic and the doctor himself are like is evidenced not only by satisfied patients who return but also by longer appointments. And no, it's not that the doctor examines 5 people and looks at his watch and leaves there many times into the evening with the whole team. I admire them not only for their professionalism but also for their kindness, helpfulness, respect, understanding and empathy for people. I wish the entire clinic strong nerves with people, it's not always easy with us. Especially if someone doesn't understand that making an appointment on time is not a guarantee of your accuracy, but that we are only human. I waited many times, but always patiently and with understanding, because more than once my procedure was complicated and a common cavity resulted in root canal treatment. The waiting room is from the word wait, let's be human and empathetically we are not in a line for pastries. The doctor can't predict how the procedure will be complicated. Time is always approximate. And the receptionist is not to blame either. You may find yourself in the same situation one day and I won't tell you either, the doctor is at 10:45 a.m. I have another patient so we will finish the tooth in 2 weeks. And I admire that about the doctor, he does his job so precisely and meticulously that I can finally say that I am not only not afraid of the dentist but also look forward to it☺️. I will not forget my visit to this dental clinic for a long time, and in a negative sense. In short, it was supposed to be a consultation for a procedure and solution in CA for my minor child, in the order of thousands of euros. We arrived 15 minutes earlier, the employee at the reception kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes after the deadline..or 45 minutes in total, without any explanation…

of the reason for the delay, and only at my suggestion we were told that: "the doctor has a patient who has complications...", (okay and why didn't you report it, didn't they look for a solution...), .. unfortunately it was just a deception, if not a lie, because at our store we saw a patient who came after us leaving... (Probably patronage) In any case, an indefensible approach, without dialogue and decency and absolute disrespect for the child and the customer, and without an apology... Horror, we left of course.

Hello Mr. Grabec, we are very sorry for your negative review, especially because we tried to accommodate you as much as possible. The usual waiting time for treatment with Dr. Chrzanowski is 2-3 months, you received an appointment within a few days, since it was a small child and we really wanted to help. The time limit for medical treatment is always set as an estimate, especially for the demanding procedures that the doctor performs. Our receptionist tried to explain the situation to you, unfortunately, since you and your daughter were booked directly to see the doctor, we could not offer you any other solution, except to wait. The patient you saw leaving, who you write that came after you, was in another clinic with another doctor, so we really cannot talk about any patronage. We always approach our patients with maximum willingness, politely and try to solve problems as quickly as possible. We are also convinced that if you were a patient with a complication, you would appreciate the doctor's full attention to you, even if it means disrupting his schedule and increasing the waiting time for other patients. Given the above facts and the fact that you did not undergo a medical examination, we consider your assessment to be very unfair.
Professional clinic, they saved my mom at the last minute the day before the holiday even though she wasn't their client, and they were also very nice and not overpriced.
I have never been to a better dental clinic than here. Thanks to them I am overcoming my panic fear of dentists, I definitely recommend it. Professional and kind staff.

There is nothing to add, he is a top expert in his work, in short, TOP!, the prices are reasonable considering the high quality of the work, which is probably why the procedures take some time, as they repair your teeth with a microscope. After these experiences, MUDr. Chrzanowski became our family dentist, for which we are extremely grateful.
I recommend! Have your figure eight torn done with your own plasma applied to the place after the tear. I just had it done on my upper figure eight. The pain came back after 3 hours but was much less and more bearable than after the figure eight torn without this a long time ago. him, but to an unnamed doctor. My problem was deep caries on the 4th tooth that reached the root. The doctor decided, after consulting with the doctor, not to pull out the nerves from the root but to just drill out the decay, but that they wanted to save my nerves (I assume that either time or experience was pressing them, which is why they decided that) because my tooth was still the same as before, so I would have to visit the doctor again and pay a few hundred euros to solve the problem. Among other things, the whole drilling process took an incredibly long time, over 2 hours, and for some reason (probably to make it easier for her to work) they had me upside down the whole time, so I was squirming the whole time and it put a lot of pressure on my cervical spine the whole time. The young, probably inexperienced nurse didn't suck out my saliva at all, so I was rubbing myself with my own saliva during those two hours. When the doctor came to take a look, he told her to suck out the saliva. After the filling was done, they didn't grind the filling properly, so I couldn't bite down and had to stop by again for grinding (the doctor did it properly). In short, they tortured me for several hours, I paid two kilos for it, and the problem with the tooth still persists. I could have gone to anyone and it would have probably turned out better. But the doctor seemed like a good dentist, unfortunately the same couldn't be said about his inexperienced team.
