My experience at Chirayu DentCare was excellent. The doctor explained everything clearly and provided comfortable, effective treatment. The staff were polite and supportive, and the clinic was clean and modern. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

the check up at the clinic my family had recommended and we (me, mum and dad) headed over to this clinic. I found this clinic a lot more hygienic than the previous one that I went to which calmed me down immediately. I then spoke with Mr Dibas who was very helpful direct and straight to the point which I appreciated a lot as there was no messing around. He was very attentive to the situation and planned the steps and journey all out for me very carefully and in a way which not only made me feel comfortable but also more calm. He then introduced me to the two doctors that will be helping me in my journey. Mr Dibas first wanted me to get my teeth cleaned as I had a bit of plaque that had built up in my tooth to be removed and the lady who did that was very nice and did a good job he then wanted me to go and get an x-ray of my whole mouth so the doctors have an idea with what to work with. The first part of dental journey was I had a problem with my wisdom tooth being very close to the nerve and the doctor I was introduced to me was Dr Pralab Pradham. He too was very straightforward to the point and was very reassuring and confident as well in his ability. We went through step-by-step discussing about the distance from the nerve to the wisdom tooth and also the chances of each outcome. He said he was happy with the x-ray scan that I had and was happy to go ahead with the extraction, however he mentioned if I was nervous (which I was) he recommended me getting another scan which would show a 3-D model of that tooth area which would exactly tell him precisely the distance and to be sure I did do the scan and then we handed back and we went through the final details before we proceeded with the extraction. Being honest anything to do with teeth and blood I do get a bit scary he did reassure me and I did feel a lot more calm however I was still a little bit nervous and once the extraction began there was obviously a little bit of pain, but that is to be expected. Throughout the extraction, the doctor was always checking off on me and asking me if I’m okay, which was very nice of him and made me feel a lot more calmer as well. After the extraction we found out that a little bit of the wisdom tooth fragment was still left in there and he gave me the option of either to cut a bit of a bigger hole to extract it or to let it sit and he explained to me the possible outcomes if I left the fragment in there. Which I agreed on and left the fragment in there. The doctor the told me the medications that I should take and the steps I should be taking them in as well as how many and whatever other stuff I should do to help to stitch heal and for me to recover quickly, as I like to be through asked him if I could voice record so I could write it down to remember and he was willing to help me in that sense to which I liked. He also mentioned the possible risks and the duration as well as the percentage of the worst case scenario happening. I was very happy with how he handled the extraction. I then left the clinic and for the rest of the day I did have a little bit of pain which is expected, but it wasn’t something that was unbearable. I did have difficulty eating any sort of food due to me not being able to open my mouth too much but I made do with what I could. And after the medication which included antibiotics as well, I felt a lot better. the morning after the extraction I woke up with also a little bit of pain but after I had the antibiotics and medication I felt a lot better. Later on in the day. I got a call from Doctor Pralab Pradham who extracted my tooth. THE REST/ ALL OF THE REVIEW ILL ADD IN PICTURE AS IVE JUST SEEN ITS TOO LONG.
Great experience with braces and dental cleaning. The treatment was affordable, the staff were very kind and friendly, and the dentist is a true expert. Everything was explained well, and the treatment was gentle and pain-free. Clean clinic and excellent service. Highly recommended!
