We brought our child in for a dental checkup based on the clinic’s high rating. The dentist did not examine the child’s teeth thoroughly and gave no recommendations or comments regarding dental care. even though we did not plan this and only wanted a consultation on dental care and to check the condition of our child’s teeth. We were charged an unreasonably high amount for this. We left the clinic shocked. The clinic has a promotion where you receive a free drink if you leave a review on Google Maps, which likely explains why there are so many reviews.

The doctor informed you that your child is in the primary dentition stage, the teeth were in good condition, and that several baby teeth were still expected to erupt, which is normal for the age. For very young children, being examined while sitting on a parent’s lap is a standard and widely accepted approach. This position helps the child feel secure and allows the dentist to perform a gentle and safe examination. Regarding the fluoride application, the dentist explained the procedure beforehand as a preventive treatment, which is part of standard dental care for children. Our clinic has a strict policy of not performing any treatment without the parent’s knowledge and consent. All treatment fees, including fluoride, are clearly displayed at the clinic and on our website, and our pricing is the same for all patients. Best service, price and advice. Walked in without appointment and they were able to help me and my son in english, nice clean environment and customer service also. I had composite bonding done for discoloured teeth and very impressed with before and after.

Excellent dental clinic! I had a teeth cleaning and the entire experience was great. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. High level of care and a very welcoming team- highly recommended! :)

If I could give a higher star rating I would. Im a english speaking maori and had no issues getting the work I need done. Very reasonable pricing and lovely customer service. I could not recommend dr Jackie enough she was amazing I left the dentist in happy tears.

The clinic is clean, and the doctor has a very gentle touch; it didn't hurt at all.
This was my first time using their services. Dr. Parinya and the staff were very kind. Dr. Parinya helped alleviate my concerns about my teeth and was happy to answer my questions without getting annoyed. ☺️ I will definitely come back again next time.

I have visited the clinic twice and I must say that I highly recommend this dental clinic. The staff are so nice and accommodating .
