Yesterday, my daughter had an appointment for an orthodontic evaluation and to get her braces fitted. I had already been given guidance over the phone, and they indicated that after the evaluation, if I wished, they could fit them the same day. today would only be an evaluation. When we questioned this, they said they didn't have enough staff and that's why they couldn't fit the braces, and that I would have to schedule another appointment, which is currently scheduled for the end of April. I understand the situation, but it's not the patient's responsibility. If I go for a service and they provide guidance, they should make the necessary adjustments to provide the service. Now I have to find another orthodontist and further delay the process that my daughter so desperately needs. **They didn't even offer alternatives or solutions; it was simply, "that's what it is, take it or leave it." Of course, I left.**
Terrible service. I made an appointment by phone for an orthodontic procedure, and they told me they could do it all on the same day. I arrived for the appointment and they told me they couldn't do the procedure due to a lack of staff. They didn't offer any alternative but to schedule a new appointment. You won't find a better practice, a better dental clinic, or a better and more professional team than Dr. Dereck Champion's! He and his dental assistant, Vanessa Figueroa, were simply sensational, providing top-notch care. The question is: when will they reach the rest of the island to raise the bar for dental care? The schedule is Monday through Thursday and alternate Saturdays! It's important to pay attention when they adjust your shoelaces; you should check yourself that you don't have any extra wires because you'll have a bad experience! Very few people pay attention to these details!
I was treated by Emely, and I definitely wouldn't give her more stars because it wouldn't let me. At my previous clinic, they were destroying my teeth, and for the first time, I understood that I don't have to worry about getting a cleaning.
