A terrible experience from day one. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and they made me wait for three hours. They gave me an evaluation, and it's been over two months and they still haven't called me with a decision on my request. The staff at the windows are incredibly unfriendly, and when you call, no one answers. A truly awful experience. The administration is terrible.

Terrible clinic. They make numerous appointments just to get an estimate, and you pay whatever they ask for to give you a price for the proposed work. But when you actually review the procedures, they're unjustifiably expensive—3,000,000 for an estimate is ridiculous! To make matters worse, they don't provide the necessary tests for a second opinion. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this…

A scam clinic. They force you to pay for tests they don't perform, an excessively high price upfront. Then they show you fake results and give you an ultra-expensive quote. I'm speaking from experience, having paid 300,000 for a scan they didn't even perform, and they charge for it on top of that. Because I know they didn't perform it, they don't deliver it when requested.

Excessively high prices... clinics in Santiago are a thousand times better in terms of professional care and value. I don't recommend it. Users should check elsewhere first, and don't encourage abuse.

Horrible!!!! Zero professionalism. I took my son to the emergency room in pain, and these guys told me they'd treat him. When I got there, no one wanted to treat him because it was lunchtime. Zero professional ethics. Zero empathy. And besides, their prices are excessive.
