might have come across as unfriendly and stiff with patients, but his actions adhered to standard operating procedures (SOP). Although I was a bit wary at first due to trauma from other clinics, the procedure here wasn't as painful as I initially perceived. (+) The doctor offered to ask any questions. It's quite convenient to be able to ask the expert directly instead of asking the AI. 😩 (+) The admin was quite responsive in chat. Edited: There are definitely downsides, but yesterday the admin followed up with the relevant doctor to schedule a follow-up. That's good, it means the admin/owner actively checks patient reviews. A small suggestion: perhaps they need to be more active on social media, for example, by regularly posting the doctor's schedule for the week on Instagram so prospective patients don't have to inquire through the admin. Hopefully, the quality of service will continue to improve, the doctors will be more active in educating patients about proper dental care, and one day, the clinic will become more widely known, allowing them to have their own practice with more comfortable and spacious rooms, and with more than one doctor on each shift.
