I've been a patient at the clinic since the beginning. My most recent treatments were gum grafts. When they told me about the procedure, I thought I was going to suffer quite a bit, but it had to be done. That could and should have been mentioned on the confirmation call and if that was missed before, then it should have been caught when I showed up for my appointment. The machine used on the 2nd appointment was not suitable for my skin type and was not recommended by my dermatologist. I am extremely upset and lost all my trust in this establishment.

Maria Luz, I don't know how I would be. I met Dr. Maria Luz through my husband. I was having a serious situation in my mouth, I asked him for help, and he told me: "- Go to my doctor, she's the best!" To this day! And I have no doubt that she is the best. I have complete confidence in her. There are situations that, for those who experience them, are dramatic and seem serious, even if they aren't. I've had moments of great anguish, but Dr. Maria da Luz calms, reassures, transmits security, and the certainty that everything will be alright. The whole team is very well coordinated and informed, and the interaction with the client is excellent. There is always a possible contact "outside of hours" for guidance and scheduling of any more serious situation that may arise. The clinic has top professionals and I have already tried other face and body treatments that work and I recommend them. Currently I have aligned, white and beautiful teeth. When I thought I already knew everything about the subject, I still learned a lot about oral hygiene and disease prevention. I recently had a gum graft surgery on the roof of my mouth to protect the implants that Dr. Maria da Luz placed.
