I brought my kids to get their dental care done under my 30 baht card. This clinic provides excellent service. The place is clean. The staff are lovely and the dentist provides excellent advice. They recommend dental care. I've used my card twice and have another appointment left. I'm waiting for the dentist to make an appointment. Great program! I really like it. 🙏😘🙏

I don't know what happened. I went to use the service last month. The service was very good. I went to get a filling, fluoride treatment, and scaling. I used my gold card privilege. The reception was very good and the service was good. When I got my filling, the doctor immediately said that I had cavities on the left and right teeth. Then he took an x-ray of my lower right tooth and found cavities…

on the top and bottom. I had to pay 300 baht for the x-ray myself because the doctor said I couldn't skip the x-ray and he didn't dare to grind randomly. After the x-ray and filling, it turned out that I couldn't get the upper right tooth filled but not the lower right. I was shocked, but I was still impressed. The officer said I could use my rights again in October. So I came today because I was afraid my teeth would decay more. I just walked in and said, "I'm here to get a filling using my gold card privilege. It looks like both teeth are decayed." The officer didn't even look at my card before immediately telling me that I need to go to the hospital because my teeth are complicated and I couldn't do it. I was confused because I've never had an x-ray of my left tooth or heard anything that said it was complicated. The officer then said that it was because cavities on both sides of my teeth are complicated. Last month, I walked in and there were 2-3 customers waiting, but I got my dentist done right away. I don't know why I had to make an appointment today even though there was no one waiting. In conclusion, I got an appointment for the 11th and we communicated in a very confusing way. I tried to tell you that I came to fill my tooth like you had said before, but the officer spoke as if he was trying to say that it was difficult and he couldn't do it. So I told him that I would come to do the lower right tooth and had done it here before (talking to the same officer). When I looked up his history, he said that I had a cavity at the neck of my tooth and pointed it out. Then we made an appointment. After making the appointment, I asked if the doctor could fill it. The officer said yes. Oh, so why did you say at first that the doctor wasn't that capable and that I had to go to the hospital? I'm confused. What's the conclusion? I'm confused.

The clinic apologizes. The admin would like to clarify the following: 1. The doctor will only perform an X-ray if the visual examination is insufficiently clear. However, the patient will be notified beforehand. If the patient agrees, the procedure will be performed. 2. The clinic primarily uses an appointment system. Some days, there may be one or two doctors. Therefore, if there are two or three patients waiting for another doctor, the patient may arrive and proceed immediately because the second doctor is available. 3. Regarding dental fillings under the NHSO system, there are rules and regulations for analyzing which teeth can be filled. Staff must always inform patients beforehand. However, if the staff's words mislead the patient, the clinic apologizes.

I had my tooth extracted by the doctor here. He's very skilled. It didn't hurt at all. The doctor had a gentle hand. I didn't feel any pain even after injecting the anesthetic. I was very impressed. All the staff were smiling and cheerful. The service was excellent. The clinic is very clean.
