t disappoint. I arrived needing an extraction and dental implant due to a cracked tooth. This was the primary reason for my visit. I also needed to address a failed dental implant from a US dentist whom I did not trust any longer due to a bad experience which cost dearly in pain, time and trauma, not to mention the fleecing of my meager savings. Dr. Arturo is hands down the best dental surgeon I've experienced. I've had 6 previous dental implants done and a host of other done in my past 60 years. He is patient, takes the time to listen, does extensive 3D imaging and substantiates his recommended treatment plant with the imaging. His approach is refreshing in that I did not feel any pressure and It was up to me to make final decisions on what I wanted to take care of with the time I had while there. What was done: I had one and a half days before my flight back home. In that time, Dr. Arturo did the initial assessment, wrote up a dental plan, performed the extraction and installed the new implant, abutment and temporary tooth. CDA Katia (Katie) updated an unappealing dental bridge a new better fitting zirconia bridge and performed the surgery to expose the failed implant from the US dentist. Dr. Arturo and Katia investigated why the implant failed in the first place and Dr. Arturo came up with the least invasive way he thought we could save the implant, temporarily install the old abutment and tooth, let the healing take place and install a new abutment and tooth on my return visit. The coordination between Dr. Arturo, CDA Katia, her dental assistant and the imaging tech were impressive. The entire team inspired confidence and trust. Wrap up: I arrived for my appointment understandably nervous and untrusting of dentists in general. towards the end of my time in the dentist chair, I felt completely relaxed and confident in the abilities and approach of Dr. Arturo and his team. The office culture from the front desk to the back inspires confidence and trust. My return trip is scheduled in 4 months to complete the procedures started with the new implant and the old failed abatement tooth. I'm looking forward to returning. I plan to take care of other items on my dental plan to straiten up my lower teeth and give me back my smile. My wife plans to make a first appointment Dr. Arturo Beltran DDS and will accompany me on my next visit. Thank you team Castle Dental. returned from Mexico for my third dental visit and decided to go back to Castle. They are now 100% my go-to place..based the technology cleanliness professionalism and pricing X-Rays, they have digital imagery and even showed me on a big screen TV. My teeth gums and thoroughly explained everything that they suggested to have done. My local dentist in the United States does not even have that technology If you're on the fence or looking for somewhere to go, definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed. You can smell and see the cleanliness. The second you walk in their front door. And if you feel the need, call ahead and they will have a person meet you at the border to escort you to their doorstep, although you will not have any problems doing so yourself

minute I found Castle dental, called and setup an appointment, they assured me they could help and the office manager went so far above and beyond to answer questions and help. They even got insurance to approve a small chunk of the work. We drove 2400 miles and went in for the appointment. Dr. Katia evaluated the situation and was able to put together a treatment plan that was way cheaper than I ever expected. I'm a grown man who probably hasn't cried since my father passed away but I was in tears of joy. She helped us out and completed 3 full days of intense work without a bit of pain. The Dr. Nextdoor who does the root canals was amazing as well! The person who has said work done ended up with a beautiful restored smile that would have taken months worth the appointments back home and I am forever grateful. Dr. Katia even stayed open a few hours late to finish the work the last day cause we had to head home. On the drive home I got a call and they really they accidentally over charged me $1050 and promptly got the refund mailed out! This was not their fault as they had to go above and beyond to make this all work for us and accidents happen. I was so impressed with this call. I met numerous patients while here who have been using Castle dentistry for years as well and it sounds like they have been around for 20 years or so. Americans need to understand it will be a different experience but so worth it. Thank you Castle dental for everything, I am sure you remember us and we are so appreciative of everything you did. I can't recommend them enough! Please tell Dr. Katia she is amazing and I hope she understands what she did for us and how important it was to us and she really changed someones life in such an amazing way! Same goes for the entire staff that helped us through everything. I worked in dental I.T. in the U.S for 10 years for one of the biggest dental franchises in the world, I've worked in 100s of different offices and have seen the sales tactics, upwelling, and amount of bad work that gets done by American dentist as well and people ripped off. It happens in America alot, but not at Castle dental, they came in cheaper than the original quote they gave me after doing the exam. They used modern 3d scanning tech, dental labs with next day crowns made with modern CNC machines, and modern digital x-ray technology. Just an all around great experience!

e preferred to stretch it over more time. Can't say that I'm looking forward to going back in 4-5 mos., but that's the breaks. At least I know the work will be superior.

back crowns dont cover the whole teeth and they don’t have the shape of a teeth and the worst part they used like 5 different tones of crowns they don’t have a continuous look I wasted my money with this people they are very unprofessional I give them a zero they don’t even have the technology like other dentist to show you how the work is going to look so if you don’t want to lose your money don’t come here go see another dentist with 5.0 reviews they act like they are professional because they want your money more than doing a good dental work !!!! Photo on the left is what they did as you can see it looks horrible photo on the right was done at another dentist so I can say I lost about $8,000 with this people

available:) Overall I recommend Castle dental with some caveats, which are... Cons: Doctora Katia is brilliant, beautiful and quick. A little too quick. She forces the novacaine in fast and hard, which is the main cause of trauma and pain for me. Her hands are gloved, but there is still jewelry and long nails working quickly. My bottom lip received two puncture wounds as a result of the hurry. Hurry = Hell. I tried to get her to slow down a little, but she is so young, beautiful and brilliant, I think she doesn't understand the part about trauma and pain. Longer version: They have a great reputation because they really do great work, even if it was painful for my personal experience. It's been only 3 days since the crowns and I don't feel any pain. There is a wonderful team/community vibe. And the energy felt great, every member of their team was treated well and it showed. I wish this was the case in the United States. I spoke with a Spanish speaking patient from Florida who had come back for her 2nd visit and she said all of their conversation is professional. And it felt that way for me too. They are often so happy in their work that they will sing along with the radio and I like that they enjoy their work enough to sing in little moments here or there. They recommended Phoenix pharmacy who overcharged me a little bit. But when you have been in a dental chair all day on valium, well, I just went where they recommended. A couple days later I went to the pharmacy next door and got the same medication for 6 dollars less, and then 11 dollars less on mouthwash. Not a deal-breaker and it was not that much money, just fyi I never got a picture of the Optometrist of the family, Stephanie. Such a beautiful, intelligent family. Feeling grateful I got to meet everyone and here are some pics. Roman was kind, and held the car door open. A nice young man. He is learning dental assisting and I saw him bringing in other grandmas to Castle. They have an amazing set up! Isidro and Esmeralda handle the office along with Rose at the call center. They are patient and really great to talk with. I plan on going back again next year for more cosmetic dental work.

with absolutely no pressure - I was given the information to make my own decision how I wanted to proceed. I had 28 crowns done - the 3d smile design process was really neat, and the turnaround time from the lab was only 24hrs. Dr. Gio was fantastic, he is an absolute perfectionist with his work, he took his time and the results are amazing. He was also a very patient and calming presence during a very anxious time for me. I am so happy with my new smile!
