. I’ve never had a dental experience in the U.S. that even comes close to what I experienced at CDS. The doctors, the staff, the communication, the bedside manner, the hospitality, the quality of work, the knowledge, the efficiency... every single part of the process was flawless. In the U.S., I’m used to waiting 45 minutes just to be called back, then another 45 minutes alone in a room before seeing a doctor for maybe 10 minutes while they bounce around between a dozen other patients. At CDS? Completely different world. I had five appointments, Monday through Friday, and each one lasted around 7 hours. The doctor stayed with me the entire time. The doctor didn’t leave the room once, didn’t make me wait even once, and gave me 100% undivided attention every single day. That alone blew me away. I have enamel hypoplasia, so my teeth have been a lifelong struggle with nonstop issues. I needed major work to make my mouth healthy again. I ended up getting a full mouth reconstruction at CDS. They removed 7 old crowns and gave me 26 zirconia crowns. I also had 2 root canals, 1 molar extraction, a bone graft, and laser gum contouring. They corrected every single issue I had, even my crooked teeth and my off bite/overjet. One thing I really appreciated: whenever I asked questions, the doctor actually educated me. They explained everything in detail and made recommendations based on what was healthiest and most durable for my situation. There was an option I fully expected to choose that was more expensive, and I was prepared to pay for it. But the doctor actually recommended a cheaper alternative because it was the better long-term choice for my teeth. They put quality over profit, every single time. So if anyone thinks they’re there to upsell or just quickly shuffle you in and out and take your money… think again. These doctors have integrity like I’ve never seen before. For perspective: I got quotes in the U.S. for the exact same treatment plan, and it would’ve cost around $80,000 where I live. At CDS, the total cost was $12,000. I also traveled alone from the U.S., and I never once felt unsafe. CDS transported me to and from every appointment, and also to and from the airport. The waiting room was always full of patients, but nobody sat there long. As soon as I walked through the door, the front desk girl would say, “Hi Rachael!” and check me in instantly. They knew who I was every time. The attention to detail was crazy impressive. I genuinely don’t know how they manage such a high volume of patients while still giving this level of quality and personalized care. U.S. dental offices need to study this place and take notes. 😂 If anyone is on the fence—I couldn’t recommend them more. My teeth are healthy, my bite is corrected, my smile is beautiful, and for the first time in my life… I love my teeth. It has now been about 6 weeks since my visit there, and I am still just as happy as day 1. I have never had a shred of regret or doubt about my dental care. I haven't had any issues at all. I've just been beyond happy with my experience and results. If you're thinking about going, just do it. It's worth it! They ARE that good!!

country, but I have to say that once I was in the chair at the clinic, I felt very reassured that I was getting top notch dental care. The facility is clean, modern and all staff were very professional. My dentist was a lovely woman who ensured that my mouth guard fit properly before I left the office (this was a two visit process). And to top it all off, they picked me up AND dropped me off at my hotel!! This door to door service is included in their service—a very nice touch!! Also impressive is that they followed up AFTER I was back home in Toronto to make sure that everything was fine with my mouth guard. I definitely recommend Cancun Dental Specialists for quality, professional dental work at a lower cost.🦷🪥
