as unfortunately a scheduling issue where the appointment I had made in advance. Although they still managed to see me and complete part of the work that day, another important treatment was left pending. I was told the clinic would follow up once I returned home, but nearly a month passed without hearing back from them, which was frustrating—especially because the tooth involved was near the front and needed attention. However, once I contacted them again, the clinic responded quickly and professionally. The management team, particularly Abner and Alejandra, handled the situation very well. They sincerely apologized, scheduled a new appointment, and when I returned to Cancun they completed the treatment. That level of accountability and willingness to make things right means a lot. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a clinic responds—and in this case they stood behind their work and took care of me. I still have one follow-up procedure scheduled in about six months, but overall I remain very satisfied with the care and professionalism of the team. Thank you to Abner, Alejandra, and the doctors for making things right.

Across the board the best service! I was quoted $90,000 in Canada to get my teeth fixed, it was 70% less in Cancun! I was also told it was a 2 year process in Canada where it was 2 trips within 6 months in Cancun. Flight was under $500, a room at an adults only beautiful hotel was $100/night. You can't go wrong! Best dental clinic ever. The procedures went very smoothly and the whole process was very well organized. They also pick you up and drop you off from the airport and to and from your hotel to any appointments for free.

. Before, I would bleed every time I water flossed. Since the new work was done, that has completely stopped. My bite feels stable and much more comfortable. I’m still getting used to the feel of the new teeth, but the difference is significant. They look better, feel stronger, and I actually find myself smiling more. I appreciate that the clinic honored the warranty and followed through. Thank you to Dr. Néstor and the team for making things right.

y treat you as a person. They picked me up from the airport transported me to every appointment and made the entire process seamless. At every stage they explained everything clearly and calmly which meant more to me than they probably realize. This was a long journey for me including healing time and returning for my permanent zirconia teeth. Through it all they were supportive patient and responsive. I never felt like just another case. I felt cared for and respected. The results have exceeded my expectations and I am incredibly grateful for the experience. If you are considering full implants this team will not only take care of your smile they will take care of you.

Don't believe every good review that you see on the internet. I went there only needing one tooth pulled. I recently had my top teeth done with dentures, and I love 'em and they were trying to say that, I needed to have all my teeth removed …
My impressions of this dentistry were the most disgusting. My husband and I had dental treatment in November. My husband had crowns put in and one of the crowns simply fell apart after 2 weeks. appointment for an examination. They ground down my tooth and put in a crown, and I haven’t been able to eat for 4 months now. I don’t recommend saving money and having treatment there.
Cancun Dental Specialist did a great job on my teeth. The entire team was extremely professional. Their office and equipment was top notch. No pain at all great price.

My wife and I as well as our son flew from Calgary to get a lot of work done as it was prohibitively more expensive to get it done at home. I say this with all sincerity, they were much better than any dentist I have been too back in Canada. When it was time to go home the car service picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport. Loved my experience there. They are very friendly, prompt, and professional. I had 2 cavities filled and a cleaning. I will definitely be back in rotation with my home clinic. Great work, Martha and team!

If you need dental work done... THIS is the place to come to! A+ Dental w/a view! State of the art facility! David and I both had work done and are very pleased!
Went to Cancun Dental Specialist from Canada, had wisdom teeth removed, scaling, deep cleaning and cavities fixed. All went accordingly, from taxis provided from the airport and to all clinic visits. All appointments were on time and they did a great job. They have a special rate in CAD for Canadians that helped along with an extra 10% they gave me. (Just ask for it I guess) Easy 5 stars.

k in six months for the retry on that implant and additional bone grafting. My daughter has severe dental anxiety and usually needs laughing gas in the U.S., but here she did great. She even said the numbing process and the fillings she received were painless. Thank you for changing the way we view dentistry and for giving us our smiles and confidence back!
I had a three tooth implant bridge, one tooth implant and a cap (also had a tooth pulled). The Dr.'s and staff were all very helpful and did expert work. at the dentist usually and they made me feel comfortable and checked in with me the whole way. The office was spotless, the equipment state-of-the-art and the BEST part - it was so much cheaper than my local dentist in Florida. They even arrange my airport transfer and my daily rides to the office back.
