Our priority has always been, and will continue to be, the health, peace of mind, and long-term support of our patients, even when complex situations arise over time. For this reason, we were surprised by the content of your review, as all your procedures were performed under strict and well-documented clinical protocols, including photographic records, shade selection and approval, control radiographs, and informed consent forms signed by you. All of this information was explained, reviewed, and accepted at the time and is part of your clinical file. It is important to clarify that a dental rehabilitation is not a static element, but part of a dynamic biological and functional system. Changes in bite, masticatory forces, functional habits, and time itself can influence the adaptation of any restoration. This is why periodic check-ups and clinical follow-up are essential to maintain long-term stability. As you mentioned, approximately two years later a misfit related to masticatory forces was identified. Although this type of situation may be influenced by multiple functional factors, we agreed to replace your crowns under warranty, reaffirming our commitment to your case and to our clinical standards. You also mention a recent evaluation by another professional. However, to date, we have not received radiographs, written reports, or objective clinical evidence that would allow us to responsibly analyze the conclusions provided to you. From an ethical and professional standpoint, it is not possible to assess or assume clinical conclusions without proper supporting documentation. It is also important to note that you present a strong bite force, which is why a night guard was provided as part of your treatment. We do not know whether this appliance was used consistently, as this factor directly impacts the longevity of any dental rehabilitation. We would like to clearly state that you continue to have warranty coverage with us, as was previously applied. We remain fully open to reviewing your case again, provided that the corresponding clinical information (radiographs and a written report from the treating doctor) is shared with us, so we can objectively evaluate what occurred and determine how best to assist you. We regret that you have chosen to continue your treatment elsewhere. Our intention has never been to create controversy or discredit other professionals, but rather to act with responsibility, transparency, and professionalism toward both our patients and our practice.
