They have a Japanese doctor, so they can speak Japanese, which is very helpful. I'm glad they can provide detailed support for my precious teeth. The first visit is a regular checkup and cleaning, which costs about 1,100K (6,500 yen), which is about the amount covered by Japanese insurance. The second visit is for whitening, which costs about 3,500K (20,000 yen). They say you should go once every six months. My teeth have always been white, so this time they went one shade whiter. I was worried because I was in pain the night before, but I took some painkillers and it was better the next morning. I wonder if they can do something about the pain from the whitening... I'll be coming back for a checkup in six months, and I highly recommend this dentist.

The clinic is clean, the main doctor is skilled - my acquaintances used to work here and highly rated it, so I decided to come. However, this experience really disappointed me. The price for scaling and filling services is higher than average, but the service quality is not commensurate. I made an appointment in advance, but when I arrived, I still had to wait 30 minutes. The most unacceptable thing is that the receptionist did not proactively inform me about the delay; only when I complained did they tell me to continue waiting. When the final part was done, the receptionist did not apologize to the customer! Such an operation is very unprofessional. Even though the doctor did a good job, if this situation continues, it will be difficult for customers to have sympathy to come back. I missed wearing my mouth guard, and my crown came loose. I checked with a few other dentists, but they asked for the make and model details, which I didn’t have.
