another dentist, they told me I would need a post for the root canal without even taking an X-ray, to which Dr. Yessenia commented that she didn't see it as necessary. I was able to speak with Dr. Miguel afterward, who offered me an unbeatable quote; it definitely left me with a great taste in my mouth. I had researched a lot of places and found prices out of my budget or wasn't convinced by the treatment of the staff or the doctor. With Calident, I felt confident about receiving the treatment. because my smile is perfect again. The cost/quality ratio is good; I would say the prices are affordable. Something else I liked was the x-ray machine they have. I had been to other clinics, and they had never taken an x-ray during the evaluation, so I consider it an important point for my diagnosis.

I went for a wisdom tooth evaluation and first they told me I had to leave a deposit to schedule an appointment, which I did, and nothing happened. in pain and needed to be seen, to which the woman started telling me that the payment hadn't been processed because I made it on a Saturday and it wouldn't be reflected until Monday, which I find absurd because it's been a month already... She got angry and started speaking to me sarcastically, trying to intimidate me by calling me "daughter." When she spoke to her colleagues on the phone, she referred to me in a mocking tone, saying, "She's the one I sent you," rolling her eyes and making faces... which upset me because I only asked for my money back. Monserrat doesn't know how to treat people... I hope they return my money, which is 3,000 that I already gave them. Horrible service, the receptionist was very apathetic
Terrible service. My wife needed a service and they asked for a deposit, which we paid for her appointment. The day before, they told her it couldn't be done. The woman, Monserrat, was awful and very rude, both via WhatsApp messages and at reception. In the end, they didn't perform the surgery. Monserrat was very rude and arrogant. I came here because of the good reviews, and it's all a lie.
Dr Yuleni at Calident is a great dentist, very gentle and she made me feel very comfortable. Here you are treated as a customer which is something i am not used to. The coordinator Miquel Topete and Sofia took care of all arrangements and made it very easy. was a wonderful trip to visit a great country and have world class dental work all for less than I would have spent on crowns alone in the US with insurance. Calident even filled out insurance forms for me so I can submit a claim for out of network. I'm going back and taking other family with me!
