Five years ago, I had an implant placed, but they didn't suggest orthodontic treatment (I've needed them ever since). Now they recommend them, but not before the implant. This Dr. Cesar apparently couldn't see the need. treatment. It turns out: now "they have to remove the implant" to begin orthodontic treatment. There, they performed tests on me, which they refused to give me, using only excuses: "that generated a great distrust in me" (they said; that they couldn't, that they didn't have internet, that they were heavy and pure nonsense without sense, haha they looked very ridiculous, "how I laughed at them" they treated me as if I lacked intelligence, but (they are the ones who expose themselves) I had an appointment via zoom, with a supposed little doctor who played dumb, because she couldn't send a simple link to my email, to connect via zoom, she said "that she had already sent it" and I didn't receive it. "She wanted the appointment to be by phone" I had to give her the idea, to send it by WhatsApp (she sent me a photo of the link, without sending the link to the email and according to her she had already sent it several times and by the way; "it never arrived" (out of dignity, I would have sent it later, so they wouldn't see it was a lie, but she wasn't ashamed) then I saw that my iPhone sent me directly to download the zoom, of the photo). In short, this woman told me that I had to leave the implant to begin the appropriate treatment. For these reasons, do not return to this place. "So you can be very careful, if you dare to come here." The worst part was, "They had the nerve to call me again." I told the person what happened, and he responded, "I'll tell Dr. César to contact you." (Dr. César Bernal was the one who placed the implant, which was too small and in the wrong place.) And of course, the guy won't call me, much less face me. They disguise themselves as kind, but they only want your money. They have no professional ethics. If you ask for a molar in your incisors, they'll put it in for money! They put a molar in mine instead of a molar. And don't lie, Cesar, because I have a CT scan, a panoramic X-ray, and several photos from 2019. ORTHODONTIC STUDIES with the same problem since then, and so, you proceeded to place the implant. Recognize your incompetence and your lack of professional ethics. You're already grown up, you never explained anything to me. I can win the case before a judge with that evidence. The only thing you regret is: "that you won't come back."

I firmly believe that any dental office should always have stock, in addition, on one occasion they confirmed my appointment, I went, waited more than 30 minutes and at the end the receptionist told me that the doctor had not shown up. I made the decision to finish the treatment at another office.

my opinion, more technologically advanced than in the States. I had a bit of work done, crown, veneers, fillings and everything was handled in a very relaxed and professional manner. Dr. Tamara even does excellent follow-up with you after your treatment, she’s not happy unless you’re happy. I would highly recommend Cabdental for all dental work. They are professional, up to date on the latest technology, and provide a great overall experience.
