Hello Daniella! I'm glad you had a positive experience with other dental professionals, but we are Bucher Odontologia. We offer excellent 24-hour service, but we are located in the central area of Brasília. The clinic you mentioned is in a satellite city, far from us.

My husband needed emergency care on Tuesday, February 26, 2024, at 11:30 PM and received excellent care from Dr. Augusto. He resolved his problem immediately, relieving his pain. We were very well received from the first contact. In addition, the environment is very beautiful and clean. You can see the care in the details. Congratulations!!

I was at the clinic tonight (10:30 PM Friday) and simply received no service. I waited at the door ringing the intercom, sent a WhatsApp message, and nothing, no response, no sign of life. How can it be open 24 hours if they don't even answer WhatsApp messages and there's no one at the clinic to assist those who arrive?
I went to the clinic because a resin/restoration had come loose, and since I was going to travel, I chose this 24-hour clinic. I looked at the reviews and the location, but it was a disappointment. The dentist used an isolation device on the tooth that hurt my mouth in several places, and this was just to treat one tooth! for reimbursement. They promised to send it the next day. They sent a partial report yesterday, and only after I kept asking for it did the report arrive today. It said there was no cavity, to my surprise, since the dentist treated it. They charged me for both the resin replacement and cavity treatment. ??? I'm waiting for the person in charge to clarify this. We're talking about healthcare. After the clinic's response: still with some incorrect information, I was seen in the morning on Sunday, different from what is written, and yes, he said there was a cavity, as I said before. There was no confusion; it was his information. I'll end here and I don't recommend them. Nothing against the person, whom I don't know, but the service was not good.

Our patients' opinions are extremely valuable, which is why, after every appointment at the clinic, we contact the patient to find out about their experience. Your appointment took place on Sunday evening, and the following morning, after receiving your message, we immediately forwarded your complaint to our director. Dr. Yago made a point of contacting you personally to obtain additional details about what happened that same day. After a careful review of the office camera footage, the doctor verified that the protocols adopted to ensure the efficiency of our procedures were followed. We want to emphasize that we adopt absolute isolation practices, even if they may seem "exaggerated," because we believe this is the way to guarantee excellence in our services, as supported by several studies. We understand your concern regarding the injured areas, and after reviewing the images, Dr. Yago contacted you again to explain that the clamp used for isolation can cause some discomfort, which is an inherent occurrence in the procedure. He also highlighted the rapid healing process of the gums, but offered recommendations, including the prescription of an ointment and an anti-inflammatory, to provide relief during this period. Regarding the question in the report about the presence of caries, we regret any confusion. The doctor clarified that you questioned the reason for the avulsion of the previous restoration, and he explained the possibility of two reasons: caries infiltration or adhesive failure of the old restoration. After performing a caries disclosing test, no extensive lesions were observed. However, to improve adhesion and treat demineralized dentin, he cleaned the affected material from the tooth. It is important to emphasize that the removal of this tissue is already included in the restoration procedure; therefore, no additional charge was made beyond the consultation and restoration, as per the quote sent via WhatsApp. Finally, I would like to emphasize that Dr. Augusto is always highly praised by our patients, and he is even mentioned in several reviews here on Google. I am sorry that you did not share the same experience. We are committed to learning and continuously improving our services. I arrived at the emergency room on a Sunday in a lot of pain and left absolutely delighted with the care I received from all the professionals. Extremely attentive, polite, and sensitive. They are a 1000/10, completely trustworthy!!!!
I needed emergency services twice during this holiday month, both times at night. I was promptly attended to by Dr. Yago and Dr. Augusto. They were very attentive, helped me a lot, and reassured me. The WhatsApp service is also exceptional; they always respond immediately.

I received excellent service at the clinic, from reception to the final appointment. The team is extremely professional, the environment is organized, and the service is high quality. Very kind, attentive to detail, and highly competent, he always took care to explain each procedure clearly and didactically, which provided a lot of security throughout the treatment. He also demonstrated great sensitivity to my comfort, especially in pain management. The clinic works with modern protocols, updated equipment, and high-quality materials. My 4-year-old daughter received excellent care from Dr. Diego. She needed emergency care at night, and Dr. Diego was very patient and did an excellent job.
My experience was excellent, the team was very attentive, especially Dr. Ana Paula, who was super careful with the tartar and my sensitivity.
I was treated by very kind and friendly dentists, I have no complaints about that. However, the quality of the restorations is questionable, since I had 3 restorations done at the end of October 2025 and now, in March 2026, all of them are broken. Not a single restoration lasted. I chose to go to another dentist I trust to continue the treatment. I would not recommend them for restorations.
