Great service Would highly recommend this dentist practice from the receptionist to the Dental staff brilliant service all round great dentist which is hard to come across these days so visit these for all your Dental requirements. I bring my kids myself and my husband and our Will service is always great

This is not the friendly, comfortable, safe dental clinic that I once knew. My recent experience was very disappointing. I was spoken to in a hostile and disrespectful manner and wrongly accused of cancelling late, despite attending the dental surgery the week prior with witnesses present. Rather than resolving what was clearly a misunderstanding, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I expected much better professionalism and communication. I previously had positive experiences here several years ago when there was a different dentist, which makes this even more disappointing. For this reason, I have changed my 5-star review to 1 star.

While we respect your right to share feedback, we do not agree with the characterisation of events in this review. As a family-run business, we take our reputation and patient relationships very seriously. For transparency and accountability, we maintain detailed and accurate records of all appointments and communications. These records are securely maintained and cannot be altered. Our records confirm that one scheduled one-hour appointment was not attended. The phone call in question occurred when you contacted the clinic to cancel a second scheduled one-hour appointment with less than one hour’s notice. Missed appointments and short-notice cancellations impact not only our providers but also other patients waiting for care. During the call, you were offered a further appointment, and our team member reiterated our standard cancellation policy in line with staff training. You were also advised that if future appointments were not attended, we would be required to notify Metro South Oral Health. As your treatment is being provided under a government-funded voucher scheme, we have an obligation to inform Metro South Oral Health when patients do not attend scheduled appointments. All relevant notes and documentation have now been provided to the appropriate department at Metro South Oral Health, and they will contact you directly regarding your treatment moving forward. We wish you all the best.

I had my appointment at the clinic today to get my teeth the plate two extra teeth added and Lara, the dentist who did My plate was an absolute genius. My teeth are wonderful. The plate looks absolutely fantastic. So proud of my smile now as it all looks natural looks fantastic. The secretary she is lovely always has a smile so polite. It was a joy to go there. It was a pleasure.

Lara is an absolute superstar and genuinely such a lovely person to deal with. From day one, she was so positive, welcoming and incredibly easy to talk to, which made the entire process feel stress-free. She was extremely thorough, had so much patience and never once made us feel rushed, always happy to re-explain things and made sure we fully understood every step. Her care and attention to detail is like no other. Mum is absolutely thrilled with her new dentures and the end result exceeded our expectations. We are beyond happy and cannot recommend Lara enough. She truly deserves all the praise. If you’re lucky enough to have Lara look after you, rest assured, you’re in the best hands.
