First, they take a panoramic X-ray to see more, something they don't do at other clinics. I went for gum inflammation and I couldn't be happier with the result. The clinica is a treasure! The doctors and staff are always there for you. Their expertise and understanding is comforting. I say this after experiencing in the past a few other clinics.
I went to this clinic for an emergency root canal, as I'm not from Madrid and I found it on Google. When I called, they assured me there were two endodontists available that day, but when I arrived, only one person saw me, and they didn't even confirm if they were an endodontist. ok a standard X-ray, without the periapical X-rays that are crucial for properly visualizing the tooth's canals. I consulted with two other clinics afterward, and both agreed that it was essential to have them done before treatment. Furthermore, they recommended a zirconia crown and a fiber post, even though these materials are outdated according to other dentists I spoke with later. I didn't feel confident at all and decided to start the treatment from scratch at another clinic. On a positive note, I will say that they treated me as an emergency.
Incredible experience. Alicia took care of me, and I have no words to describe how lovely she is. Super friendly and attentive, with exceptional service. She takes her time with you, advising you with great patience and care, which is so appreciated. She gave me a thorough cleaning. Without a doubt, a place I will return to and that I recommend 100%.

r clinic to have the treatment reviewed. As for the mouthguard, the dentist who made it was careful when taking the measurements and adjusting it. Even so, when I mentioned that it felt too tight in a specific area, he told me that's how it was supposed to be. The following nights, I would wake up with a sharp, throbbing pain right in that spot. While traveling abroad, I had to see another dentist, who took barely a minute to correct the adjustment. Since then, the mouthguard has worked perfectly. For all these reasons, I don't feel the service I received justified the price I paid: €70 for the repair and €350 for the splint, especially considering I had to find additional solutions while I was out of the country. The in-person service was polite, friendly, and the explanations were clear, but unfortunately, the results weren't what I expected. This is an honest review, intended for both the clinic and future patients. Update: As the weeks passed, it was confirmed that the pain wasn't coming from the treated tooth, but from the adjacent tooth. At the time of the first visit, that tooth already had an inflamed nerve, something that went undetected. Two months later, another dentist confirmed that the nerve had died and that, if it had been diagnosed earlier, it could have been saved. These are the facts as they occurred. I believe the diagnosis should have been more thorough.
