The dental clinic maintains a high standard of treatment, I highly praise Dr. Sofia and the nurse, the treatment was fast, painless and on time, everything was explained in advance. The clinic is clean, warm, has a pleasant smell, and is in an excellent location. I recommend
I do not recommend it, the doctor was not friendly, very rude, tore the tooth so hard that it had a sore for 8 days, 3 of them I could not sleep because of the pain, I could not eat on the side where the procedure was done, after healing, my gum line sank a lot. They also accused me of being to blame, they did not heal because I refused to clean it, I also paid 180 € for this horror

When the tooth was removed in pieces, they put a hundred stitches on me, prescribed antibiotics, painkillers and a check for 365 euros for the extracted tooth. The impression from visiting the dentist was as if I had stolen a million from them and they asked me where I had put it. I hope they did everything right and everything will be ok, but I will definitely not go there again. It was the most terrible procedure in my life

Good afternoon. I never respond to comments, but in this case I want to respond in points: 1. Our administrator works 12 hours a day, and he is entitled to sick leave and vacation. 2. The price of treatment of €1000 is not for one visit, but for 4–5 visits, taking into account the treatment of canals and a ceramic crown. If you had applied on time, at the stage of caries, the price of treatment of such a tooth would have been €140–180. 3. Before the start of the surgical removal, the complexity of removing a 2/3 destroyed tooth in an anatomically difficult and dangerous place was explained to you. The removal itself lasted 1.5 hours. 4. It is incorrect to evaluate the work of an assistant without being a doctor. All assistants are trained for several months before approaching the patient. 5. When you use a lot of tools and try to gently remove a tooth, we can still free the assistant, but unfortunately we cannot free gravity. 6. You received three anesthesias so that you would not feel pain. If you had received one, you would have been shaking with pain. 7. You prayed to God to help you remove the tooth, and we pray to God that patients turn to us in time - even at the prevention stage. And we are very sorry that God heard you late. Let us all pray that he brings you with other teeth when we can still save them with a filling. 8. We removed this tooth from you in pieces so as not to damage anatomically important structures. 9. A hundred stitches are applied to speed up the healing process of the wound. 10. The time of removal depends on the complexity, and the price of treatment depends on this. 11. Given the situation that has befallen all Ukrainians, you have been given a discount of €200. 12. We did everything not only correctly, but also very professionally. The treatment was checked and approved by our dentoalveolar surgeon. 13. We are very sorry that you had a feeling of horror. We would also have similar experiences if we had teeth removed, because we are all human. 14. You were offered the option of placing a temporary filling and scheduled removal by your doctor - you refused this and wanted to remove it immediately. I never felt like they wanted to "sell" me something unnecessarily – on the contrary, they recommend everything with my health in mind, not their profit. The best dental hygiene I have ever had was here. The hygienist was incredibly kind, precise and throughout the entire process she gave me professional, yet understandable information that really helped me in taking care of my teeth. I have already had one procedure and I was extremely satisfied again. It's clear that they enjoy their job and, above all, they know how to do it at a top level. If you're looking for a dentist who will take care of you with a professional but also human approach, I definitely recommend them :)
