Excellent service, especially from Dr. Júlia. An excellent orthodontist. Very happy with the results of my Invisalign aligner treatment. Everything went exactly as she planned and it turned out amazing.

On that occasion, we clarified that the progress of the case was hampered by multiple breakages of the appliance — occurrences that were not related to the care or conduct of the clinical team — and that, naturally, compromised the progress of the treatment. This point was also understood during our conversation. It is important to emphasize that, at no time, was there any failure or error in the technical management of the case. All the conduct was carried out based on the appropriate protocols, always with professional monitoring and a focus on the patient's safety and well-being. We reiterate that, from the beginning, our team was available to guide, adjust and propose viable solutions for the continuation of the treatment, with the same care and responsibility that we apply in all our services.
