Hello, Mr. Ivka. Could you please inform us who provided you with this information? We do not record any consultation with a doctor under your name in our calendars. The doctor is the only person who can give you a well-founded answer to the question of the price of general anesthesia. General anesthesia is a demanding procedure that will occupy 2 clinics for at least half a day, involving a doctor, 2 anesthesiologists and 2 nurses. We would most likely be able to fill 2 cavities without such a demanding procedure. The situation described seems to us to be a misunderstanding. Please contact us, we will arrange a consultation and only then can we determine whether anesthesia is necessary at all. Thank you.

completely lost in this clinic. During the treatment, American rap plays for you, where you have a complete desire to listen to American swear words with your teeth drilled out. About the Ukrainian doctor who you don't even understand what she is trying to tell you, but you will leave a few hundred lighter, so the treatment was probably not completely pointless. So, my experience. The fact that many employees run around in their own clothes and look at you like some exhibit in the vicinity of 1m is really unpleasant.

My child and I paid almost 2 thousand for treatment under general anesthesia a year ago, so I believed that if I came there with a small request for repair/adhesion of a retainer that was not financially interesting to them, they would help (invisalign done at another clinic), but it was impossible.. even to think about it.. For this reason, we do not want to interfere with the treatment plan of another orthodontist, especially during the course of treatment. Performing the procedure without knowledge of the patient's medical documentation could lead to disruption of the course of orthodontic therapy.

We have been going to Blanc for several years now, not only to the dentist, but also for dental hygiene. My husband and son went to an excellent dental hygienist who taught our son how to properly use a single-bristled toothbrush - it has become our daily helper. We are very satisfied with the whitening, dental hygiene and especially with the team that Blanc has 👍

I am always satisfied with Mirka, her approach, precision, and education are always excellent. I have been to Blanc dental studio several times for dental hygiene, they also repaired a piece of my tooth that had fallen apart. Always 100% satisfaction, top-notch work and a professional approach from the first contact.
I had a dental hygiene appointment at Blanco. After entering the new modern premises, I was greeted by smiling receptionists. I didn't wait at all, as soon as I took off my jacket, a dental hygienist came to pick me up, who took care of my teeth very precisely and professionally. I am very satisfied :)
My big thanks go first and foremost to Mr. MDDr. M. Štefanatný, but also to Mr. MDDr. P. Dírer, dental hygienist Ms. M. Bajerová and their entire team for the excellent work done in the overall reconstruction of my teeth. The result is beyond all my expectations. Mr. MDDr. M. Professional approach and excellent work done at Blanc dental. They helped our 2.5 year old daughter extract 4 teeth so that she didn't remember the procedure at all. We recommend to all parents and will definitely come back next time (if necessary).
My son and I have been going to Blanc since he was little and we are very satisfied. Amazing approach to children, thanks to the doctor my son is not afraid to go to the dentist :)
Excellent dentists, people just have to pay, they don't have a contract with insurance companies. But it's worth it.

Allow me to respond: 1. We do not do orthodontics yet, Dr. Dírer will do it in his new clinic and we will work closely with him 2. The new premises are still not ready, so the doctor has nowhere to work - that's probably why you didn't get an appointment, not because we were making it up 3. You are not obliged to wait for us to open, you can easily go to get braces anywhere else COVID-19 has affected the lives of each of us. Some more and some less. His nurses are trained, practiced, very nice, it's nice to see the harmony of the team with them and the patient feels in good hands, safe. I recommend him with all my heart, I speak from my own experience. I went through hell with a happy ending and was sometimes a doctor's nightmare.
