I have been taking my child to Dr. Ivanov since he was 3 years old. He works very carefully. He is always smiling and friendly. Didn't let me wait inside for my girlfriends procedure in the middle of winter. Gave no directions to any other place I could stay and didn't give information how much time it would take.
