everything very thoroughly in perfect English, put me at ease, successfully re-cemented the crown, and gave me some welcome and pertinent professional advice about how my dentist at home might modify the crown to reduce rotational pressures that caused it to come loose. Oh, and the cost of care in Nepal is so much less than it would be at home—I feel guilty. Very relieved and thankful.

The clinic is the place to be if you have dental problem or issues. Super friendly staffs and professional doctor. I personally was amazed by how Dr Bigyan took care of my dental problems througout. Definitely recommend!

Yesterday i did my dental implant on upper back teeth, the surgery was very smooth and painless and it only took 45 mins to complete the surgery. i only took 1 tablet painkiller yesterday evening after surgery. today no pain and swelling. d be addressed through WhatsApp. I began the first phase of treatment and used the initial aligner for one month. Although I lived at a distance, I maintained regular communication with the clinic. They advised me to remove the aligner only while eating and to keep it on at all other times. I experienced significant pain, especially at night, but when I contacted them, I was told the pain was normal and part of the tooth-movement process. After a month, I noticed that the same front tooth had become loose and was wiggling. When I informed the clinic, they asked me to come in immediately. During the visit, I questioned why they recommended aligners after taking my X-ray without verifying whether my gums and tooth roots were strong enough for such treatment. Their response was that they had previously provided aligners to patients with even weaker gum and root conditions, so they attempted it with me as well. This explanation felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Requesting a refund was also difficult, and they deducted charges for cleaning and filling. Afterward, I traveled overseas and consulted another dentist. Based on the condition of my gums and tooth roots, he informed me that aligners should never have been used in my case and advised immediate removal. He referred me to a periodontist for deep cleaning. I underwent deep cleaning on the right side, and later, due to a family emergency, I flew to Nepal, where another periodontist performed deep cleaning on both sides. Following these procedures, gum infection began, and now three of my front teeth have become loose, which is highly unusual. I am still seeing a periodontist regularly, and the situation has been extremely distressing. I would like to emphasize one point: healthcare providers should not compromise a patient’s dental health for financial gain. Dental health is an essential part of a person’s overall well-being, and such negligence can cause long-lasting harm.

Contrary to the idea of negligence, current scientific research supports the use of Clear Aligner Therapy (CAT) even in patients with reduced bone support, provided the condition is monitored. Studies such as "Clear Aligner Therapy in Adults With Stage II-IV Periodontitis: A Narrative Review (2026)" and "Evaluating Clear Aligners Versus Fixed Appliances for Periodontal Patients (2024)" demonstrate that aligners are often the preferred choice for periodontal patients because they allow for superior hygiene and use controlled, light forces. There are no absolute contraindications for this treatment as long as the patient is enrolled in supportive periodontal care. 2. Pre-Treatment Evaluation Your treatment plan was developed following a clinical examination and X-ray review. Our goal was to address the shifting of your front tooth using these scientifically backed methods. During our follow-up visit, our team’s explanation was intended to reassure you that we have successfully managed similar—and sometimes more complex—cases using these exact international standards. 3. Response to Complications As soon as you reported tooth mobility, we requested an immediate in-person evaluation. While some tooth movement and sensitivity are expected during orthodontics, we acknowledge that the subsequent infection you described is highly distressing. Periodontal health is dynamic, and complications can arise due to various factors, which is why we emphasize the importance of regular professional deep cleanings (Scaling and Root Planing) during any orthodontic move. 4. Financial Transparency Regarding your refund, we strive for fairness. As per our clinic policy, fees for general dental services—such as the professional cleaning and fillings you received—are independent of the aligner treatment package. After deducting the costs for these completed procedures, we processed the refund for the aligner treatment as requested. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and for the complications you are currently managing with your periodontist.
