s left me with a hole in my tooth and I urgently needed to find another dentist. At one point I was even considering flying to another country for treatment. Because of that experience, I came to BIA Dental feeling extremely nervous. Even though they had great reviews, I was still anxious after what I had just gone through. From the moment I met Dr. Ronald, I immediately felt more comfortable. He clearly understood what was happening with my tooth and took the time to explain everything. During the entire treatment process he was very patient and constantly made sure the anesthesia was working and that I was comfortable before continuing. His bedside manner was excellent and very reassuring. One thing I really appreciated about BIA Dental is that their dentists are specialists. The doctor performing my root canal focuses specifically on that type of procedure, which gave me a lot of confidence. You can really tell the difference in their knowledge, professionalism, and the quality of their work. The entire staff and front desk team were also incredibly kind and helpful. Communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and I never felt pressured financially or rushed. As an American, I can say I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. I would absolutely recommend BIA Dental to anyone — especially international patients who want a trustworthy dental clinic especially for more serious procedures like root canals. I’ll definitely be returning for future dental work.
De Byrna at BIA dental in Seminyak was amazing. Total professionalism and attention to detail was next level. I previously lived in Dubai and they quoted me 2 months for the procedure at twice the cost. Dr Bryna and team did it in 5 days and each visit I left amazed by the level of work she produced. By far the best dentist I have ever had and I cannot recommend her services via BIA enough.
Their Endodontist here spotted metal instruments my dentist in Australia failed to mention although slight more expensive than other dental in Bali its worth every cent and better than any dentist I have had in Australia Highly reccomend. Highly reccomend especially there Endodontist he highly skilled and crafted at what he does. will have all my future dental work done here
I do not recommend this clinic. I came with pain in the gum between my teeth. First they took an X-ray and told me that there was no infection in the tooth and that everything looked normal. They suggested the pain might be caused by food getting stuck between the teeth. Had an amazing experience here and I'm terrified of going to the dentist, professional, kind and incredibly patient, they were incredibly informative throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Cindy did 3 fillings and a scale/clean, I'm incredibly happy with the end result as my teeth are pretty damaged from to much soft drink. 10/10
