The dentist is excellent. Parking is convenient, and the waiting area is comfortable.
I feel like this clinic is taking on too many cases, resulting in rushed treatments and multiple patients being treated simultaneously. ly handle everything, making me doubt the quality of the treatment. If the problem were permanent, anyone could fix it, but the issue persists, and it's very painful. I had to return multiple times for adjustments, only to have it return after just 1-2 days. The last adjustment, before Songkran (Thai New Year), involved an appointment I had to make in advance for an out-of-town trip, but the problem remained. The clinic explained that my teeth were shifting, causing the wire to move, which I understand, but I question why appointments are spaced months apart if the problem recurs within days. Another issue is that I was advised to avoid brushing too hard, which I followed to the point of being afraid to brush. This has resulted in my teeth yellowing, and I'm very careful about my diet, mainly eating soft foods. Overall, I feel the clinic isn't addressing the root cause of the problem. And I wish I had closer medical supervision. P.S. My gums are getting a headache from picking at them. 😢
