We were disappointed with this dental practice. Three months ago, we went there for a cleaning and whitening. For me, everything went well. However, my partner's experience was very different. He was diagnosed with no fewer than eight cavities without an X-ray. We were surprised and find it hard to understand how so many cavities could be treated in less than an hour. I rarely leave reviews, but the entire service has been OUTSTANDING. Dr. Mariana is an excellent professional. She's made my mouth feel brand new, with meticulous attention to detail. She even spent over half an hour fixing a horrible retainer I'd had made at Dentalia, and she didn't want to charge me a single penny for the repair. k that considering the care they provide for your teeth, the materials that mimic their natural structure, the material's ability to regenerate up to 60%, and the extraordinary quality of the resin, they're worth every penny. If you're afraid of pain, I want you to know: I went to the doctor twice and both times I fell asleep in the chair during the procedure.

I began a full mouth restoration and 6 implants plan with BEYOND DENTAL AESTHETICS in Guadalajara in January 2023. After 3 trips and spending in excess of $23000, I had 2 implants. failed but she would pay for EVERYTHING when I returned in January and would give me a beautiful smile. I was numb. January came and passed. Yesterday I contacted her. She now says I must simply pay for another trip and pay her another $6000.usd and they will place the implants. Then, on a 5th trip, she will pay for my flight and they will place the crowns and I will have a beautiful smile. My mouth is an embarrassment. I know several people who have had great implants and restorations done in Mexico. None ever made more than 2 trips or spent over $16000 at most. For $32000 I could have had the work done here in the US . She has cost me over $23000 and my mouth is a humiliation. I don't know if she is incapable or unwilling to do quality work for fair prices. I know she was not honest with me and I was foolish to trust her. I don't want anyone else to endure what BEYOND DENTAL AESTHETICS has done to me. I am 64 and can't afford to fix the mess she was happy to leave me with. I don't even want to leave my home. I have no hope for myself but I don't want anyone else to suffer what BEYOND DENTAL AESTHETICS has done to me. Update 4/28/2025: As of today, every lower veneer and one upper right have broken off. Go anywhere but here.

We deeply value the trust you have placed in us with your full mouth restoration plan and completely understand your frustration with the unsatisfactory results and difficulties you have faced. We want you to know that your satisfaction and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We take each situation very seriously and comments like yours allow us to identify areas for improvement and reinforce our quality standards. As I told you in our private conversations, I am deeply sorry for your discomfort, desperation, and decision to not return to finish treatment. I understand your discomfort at not yet having the aesthetic results expected and offered by us. Allow me to respond below to everything you state in your comments: -You came with a treatment plan carried out in the US consisting of 2 prostheses, 1 upper and 1 lower supported on 4 implants each. When doing the clinical evaluation, we noted that all but 5 of his teeth were in good shape (good bone and enough healthy dental tissue) and we gave you the option of keeping 23 teeth, many of which only needed cosmetic treatment that could be done with composite resin and the rest with root canals and porcelain crowns. You rejected this plan and decided to keep 23 teeth but do all in porcelain (veneers crowns) which obviously meant higher cost of the treatments. -Making two All on 4 prostheses will always be cheaper than keeping 23 teeth that require treatments to make them look more aesthetic. But the health benefits of keeping your own teeth, are much greater. -As I mentioned, you already have 4 of the 6 implants that were suggested in the treatment plan in your mouth placed and ready for the crowns. -Regarding 2 missing implants, we understand and agree with you it has meant a delay and extra trip, which was offered to you that would be paid for by the clinic, as well as the surgery to place the implants again + sedation, which you are rejecting and makes it impossible for us to finish your treatment. These implants were removed because the prosthetic space was not adequate to make good-sized crowns, so to have a good aesthetic result it was better to remove them. We discussed it with you and I explained that it was likely that the new ones could not be placed in the same surgery, which happened. -It is very important to clarify that under no circumstances we are charging you extra money. Those 6000$ to which you refer correspond to the missing part of the treatment, which you accepted in your initial consultation, nothing new or different from what was offered to you and accepted. -The treatments in our clinic are guaranteed. Veneers and crowns can fracture or come loose, it is always possible for that to happen. As you can also lose an implant and an All on 4. Many of these problems have to do with patients misuse or hygiene failures. While you are in treatment with us and up to one year after finishing it, everything is under warranty. We are sorry that some veneers have failed or seem to you that they do not look good, even though, as you told us at the time, you were very satisfied with the result after having them placed. I reiterate our willingness to repeat the ones that came off and make them again if you do not feel satisfied with the shape and/or color. -Unfortunately, you have refused all the options that we have offered to successfully complete your treatment. If you are not willing to return, we cannot finish it. -We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or unmet expectations during your treatment.Please contact us to schedule a consultation and together we will work to rectify this situation effectively and to your satisfaction. -Thanks for your patience and understanding.
