very welcoming. Dr. Bencomo took the time to thoroughly explain everything and clearly outlined her treatment plan, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The dental assistants were also extremely kind and attentive throughout the visit. I am from El Paso, and I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and high-quality dental care.
Excellent service from the front desk to the dental work provided by dental assistant and dentist (Dr. Chaparro). The entire staff was extremely attentive and surprisingly quick for a cleaning and 4 extractions. Ensuring comfort every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely return!!

assume Spanish as well, excellent manner, really knowledgeable and competent. Made me laugh and feel very comfortable. I felt like I was in excellent hands the entire time, I didn't have any of the hesitation I normally feel at the dentist in the US when I'm secretly wondering if they're upselling me or adding extra work just to get the insurance pay out. The pricing is fair and transparent, the estimate I was given by David was EXACTLY what I paid. There were NO surprises at any point. I paid $1500 total for 2 wisdom teeth extraction including antibiotics and pain killers, 1 restoration of a root canal, 1 new crown, 2 fillings, cleaning + check up + X-rays. Plus the chauffeur service and David who acts like a concierge, all included. My only challenge was the very professional and friendly young lady at the front desk. She speaks VERY quickly and I can understand limited Spanish but only when it's slow. I had a few miscommunications with her, as I couldn't keep up. Still, I can't criticize her work as I think she's doing an excellent job. It was just a personal communication issue. TRAVEL TIPS: If you are coming via ground across the border from El Paso: get dropped off/picked up at 3600 E Paisano Drive (CBP property- YOU CAN NOT PARK HERE), OR drive yourself and park on the street near the intersection of S Copia St and E San Antonio Ave (near Alliance Collision auto shop). The clinic driver will meet you on the other side at the monument of flags (a 15-20 minute walk). There is no cost to cross by foot here, but bring ID obviously. Google maps and AI gave me incorrect directions that cost me a 20-30 minute detour, so I hope this helps somebody else!
The best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Very nice people and doctors. They speak English for Americans like me.
