Although I’ve only been coming here for about two months for my orthodontic treatment, I already feel very comfortable and satisfied with both the quality of care and the progress I've made. I can’t say enough great things about this establishment, from being referred by David Zamora to the staff and service. I had a bad root canal done that was diagnosed as a fracture but when I came here, they found the true underlying issues. I’m very impressed with how thorough and professional the entire staff is, I recommend the drive to Juarez for all your dentistry needs.
State of the art facikity clean, comfortable, and everyone there is at the top of their game professionally I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my teeth done!!

I'm very disappointed. When I asked, they told me to make a no-obligation appointment, but when I left, they charged me. I told the receptionist, and she said, "You should ask beforehand." In other words, they tricked me. I also asked for a receipt, and they wanted to charge me for it, which is illegal. Be careful because there were other patients outside complaining about the exorbitant prices.…

However, you did receive a professional medical consultation, which included x-rays and a complete evaluation. This consultation costs $600 pesos. We also mentioned that if you decided to begin treatment, this amount would be credited towards your initial consultation fee, meaning it would be free. Regarding the invoice, you are required to pay the applicable VAT, as stipulated by tax laws. We sincerely regret this situation. We have a policy of total patient satisfaction, so you can request a refund for the consultation at any time if you are not satisfied. We reiterate that our costs reflect the quality of materials and the work performed by our professionals. We don't intend to overcharge, which is why we provide a preliminary estimate, hoping it will be within your budget. Regarding the patients you mentioned, they were not experiencing payment issues. On the contrary, we were creating a direct financing plan for them. We will contact you as soon as possible.
