st came to fix the problem, as my teeth were probably too high. My symptoms improved. - February 2015: I reported the same problem again. The staff told me to eat only soft foods and avoid hard foods. Okay, so I followed them. - March 2015: In short, it still didn't go away. The main branch said I'd already reported it to the Phra Khanong branch, and they'd contact me. After a week, no one contacted me, so I had to follow up myself. - The dentist who did the first filling removed two of my new fillings. Right tooth: He said the cause was a tiny, nano-sized crack in the tooth that wasn't visible. But this time, he's already fixed it and covered all the cracks. (The question is, should it have been fixed properly from the start?) Left tooth: The dentist said the cause was receding gums. And the filling I had for a long time might cause problems. If it doesn't heal in 1-2 weeks, I might need a crown. (I had no problems before the filling, and the x-ray showed no cavities. The filling is far from the nerve.) The worst part is, they only polished the front of the tooth, but not the surrounding area. When I got home, there were sharp white pieces stuck to the neck of the tooth. I was going crazy! Bye! I won't do it again. Goodbye! // But the clinic staff were great and gave me good advice.
My first appointment and I had to fill out my details on a computer. I did not agree with the last contract page but only had option "to agree." I told them NO I won't agree to some of the crap they wanted. I asked for a paper copy to delete and sign parts I did not agree with. They told me NO and to leave. I asked for manager, no manager. I disagreed to then sign. They said NO and Go. This was their choice BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO with SMILES DENTAL. If you end up in court or in dispute with them this could be held against you.
The doctor has a gentle hand. I came to use my gold card. The service was very good.
