My experience with Bangkok Smile was highly disappointing, and others should be fully aware before considering this clinic. y returned to exactly the same shade as before. The before-and-after photos I shared with the clinic make this extremely clear. What concerns me even more is that, instead of addressing the complete lack of lasting results, the clinic suggested that I purchase an additional take-home whitening kit. After an ineffective in-office treatment, this was simply not an acceptable solution. Communication after the appointment was also very slow and inconsistent across WhatsApp, Line, and email, adding to an already frustrating experience. I am sharing my photos here so that future patients can see the real outcome I received. For clarity, I do not drink alcohol, coffee, or consume sweets. I follow a clean diet and maintain excellent oral hygiene, so there were no external factors that could have compromised the treatment. Note that many reviews are written on the same day because they offer a reward at the end of the treatment in exchange for a review. Unfortunately, this is something many clinics do here in Bangkok, so you have to be careful. I do not recommend Bangkok Smile clinic.

I made an appointment for essential dental work before my flight. I got stuck in traffic and was just 15 minutes late but they only slotted a very tight 1 hour slot and would not give me full hour. they couldn't just book for 1.5 hours...they knew I had 4 cavities. Now, I am going back home without the dental work that I came here to get. The receptionists cannot think outside the box and poor customer service 😕

At the time of booking, we had informed that the available appointment slot was limited, and treatment would depend on the clinical assessment and the remaining time. This was also reiterated when you contacted us to inform that you might arrive late. As per our policy, we are able to accommodate up to 15 minutes of delay. Beyond this, the remaining time may not be sufficient for the planned procedure, and extending the appointment is not possible due to prior scheduled patients. I had my teeth cleaned here this time. The dentist's technique was very gentle, and he patiently explained the precautions for oral care to me. I felt very professional and at ease. I recommend that you make an appointment in advance, as there will be a Chinese translator accompanying you.

quality service and reasonable prices and would gladly return. Only downside is that they no longer have pediatric dentists, so we have to take our kids elsewhere. Loved it when they did see our kids, though!

ess. I emailed the staff and was instructed to use the Line app for “faster communication.” I switched to Line to schedule an appointment for my annual checkup and cleaning. It took the entire day to communicate back and forth, and I still couldn’t make an appointment. I became frustrated, and they finally gave me one. It seems that my checkup and cleaning appointment was a low priority because of the low cost. No problem! There are plenty of dental clinics in Bangkok.

I've been coming here 15 years. They always do a wonderful job. I've had upper veneers and a few fillings over the years plus cleanings. Vacation plus excellent dentistry!
