on arriving at the One Bangkok branch, the staff lacked professionalism. They were unable to provide clear answers, and the handling of appointments and payment processes was disorganized. The entire experience felt as if they were unfamiliar with their own procedures. The QR code provided for feedback submission did not work when scanned. I fail to see the purpose of placing it there if it serves no function. This reflects poorly on the clinic’s attention to detail and commitment to customer feedback.
I'm usually afraid of dentists, but the dentist here is the kindest I've ever seen. Dr. Kant is very kind. Everyone here is lovely.
Good location, Great group of kind and professional people . DR. Chisanu and his staff are outstanding, very gentle and kind. I feel free and comfy to talk or ask them any questions. Just had zoom teeth whitening and incredibly satisfied with my results! Didn’t feel a lot of teeth sensitivity during or after the process and my results are very natural and noticeably brighter. The entire team was incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend.
Just had a Scaling and Cleaning with Airflow and i couldnt recommend this place enough. It’s extremely clean and up to high standards. The staff are so lovely and polite too. Thankyou so much! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Bangkok
