I had my teeth cleaned here. The nurse at the counter provided good service and advice. During the cleaning, I heard loud noises like "Ooh," "Wow," and "Mmm." I understand that I have tartar and not everyone's mouth looks perfectly clean, but shouldn't the dentist have used such gestures and words towards a patient? saying "Don't raise your hand." The dentist didn't even pay attention to my discomfort and instead told me to breathe through my nose. I tried to explain, but the dentist ignored me. I even choked on water splashing into my nose while the dentist was cleaning. The assistant somehow managed to suction the saliva in a way that forced the patient to swallow the water used by the dentist. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed with my service. After the procedure, my jaw ached because I had to keep my mouth open, and there was no rubber bite pad to hold during the cleaning.
I would not recommend this place at all. I booked for two people, but upon arrival, I was told that we had to see different dentists. After the first person finished their scaling and needed fillings, they suddenly changed their mind and said we had to see the same dentist. The result was 2.5 hours per person, totaling over 4 hours, even though they initially said it would be finished within 50…
