Dear Mr. Yongyuth, On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 10:22 AM, you visited our clinic for a dental consultation. Following your visit, we received a review regarding the clinic's uncleanliness and the doctor's dirty mask. We did not ignore this and contacted the doctor in examination room 1. We learned that you were the first patient on that Saturday, January 13, 2024. It is impossible for the doctor to have reused a mask, as you were the first patient examined in examination room 1 that day. Our clinic's policy is strictly against reusing masks, including those of our assistants, which are changed daily to prevent infection. Regarding the stains on the assistant's and doctor's clothing, our review of the CCTV footage from that day suggests they may have been powder residue from the assistant's gloves. Our clinic changes gloves for every case; we never reuse them. After a thorough review of the CCTV footage, it was observed that when Mr. Yongyuth entered the clinic, he looked to the left and right walls. We understand that the air conditioning ducts and paint from the original construction of the building may be present. The management team is not ignoring this issue and has held meetings to plan future renovations to make the place more beautiful and cleaner. We apologize if our clinic does not meet your standard of cleanliness, but we want you to see our commitment to making changes and improving the cleanliness. We apologize that our clinic may not look luxurious or as clean as you would like, but we assure you that we are committed to providing excellent service to all patients and use only clean and sterilized equipment, never reusing anything to prevent infection. On Sunday morning, January 14, 2024, at 9:49 AM and 9:51 AM, the clinic contacted Mr. Yongyuth by phone to sincerely apologize and request information for adjustments and corrections, but Mr. Yongyuth did not answer the phone. We then called back the appointment number, 08920744xx. We apologize and would like to convey our apologies to Mr. Yongyuth. We would also like more information to improve the clinic. We apologize if the clinic was dirty and caused Mr. Yongyuth disappointment during his consultation. The clinic is very grateful for this honest review, which helps us to improve and develop further. As of January 20, 2024, the clinic has undergone a thorough cleaning. The newly delivered dental implants have been properly stored in cabinets and shelves, as per the patient's review. We have also changed masks after every case, hourly. We want patients to see our dedication to these changes. We are always happy to listen to Mr. Yongyuth's feedback and will continue to improve.
