On November 13th, I applied for a tooth extraction at the Avangart Clinic in Şişli, Istanbul. Before the procedure began, I was charged a "deposit-like" fee of 3,200 TL. I was explicitly told that only the cost of the X-ray would be deducted, and that the remaining amount would be refunded if I didn't have the procedure. I paid by credit card, and I have the receipt. The first person I spoke to, Mr. Mehmet, said he would assist with the refund and that the refund would be processed within the same day. However, I was later contacted by Ms. SUNA!!!, who told me it was his initiative, that they couldn't do anything, and that a one-sided communication was established, with me being yelled at and denied a voice. Although I was initially told that half the fee would be refunded if the procedure wasn't performed, I am now being told that I won't be paid the remaining half. I believe they are trying to "swindle" some of my money, even though the tooth extraction was never performed, and I feel victimized by this situation. I demand that Avangart Clinic not unfairly withhold the fee deducted from my M.I. account, even though no tooth extraction was performed. I demand that only the X-ray fee be deducted and the remaining amount be refunded to me. I also request that the staff member who spoke to me in a shouting and disrespectful manner be investigated and that the grievance I experienced during this process be taken into consideration.

well done. Arrived on Tuesday, great transfer. The hotel is really great. Jaw scan and precise planning. On Wednesday, I followed the advice to have a proper breakfast, and at 11 a.m. everything was in. Three hours later, it was all done. The first follow-up appointment was great; they gave me an injection for the initial coverage. They also gave me medication and a LOT of ice cream. Thursday was a day off. I even ate my first meal. It's unusual, but not painful. Friday was a check-up with a scan. I went home on Saturday, and so far, everything is healing perfectly, I think. Throughout the whole time, they checked in on me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I'll get back to you in a few weeks, as I'm sure some people will be interested. That level of integrity and professionalism made me trust them completely. And I have to mention Mandana, our coordinator. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She picked us up, gave us personal recommendations, hung out with us, and even loaned my best friend her sweater when she was cold. Her warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience feel personal and luxurious — not transactional at all. The price? Insane value. It was literally a quarter of what you’d pay in the U.S. for work of this caliber. And no shortcuts were taken — the results speak for themselves. If you’re nervous about going overseas for cosmetic work — I get it. I had those same concerns. But this clinic is the real deal. The quality, care, and professionalism were better than many places I’ve seen back home. I left Turkey with a smile I finally feel proud of. You stated that you lost your upper tooth in a fire, if we are not mistaken. If the fact that we offered you a fee for a replacement means we are fraudsters, then this is an unfair accusation. We worked hard to help you, with dedication and effort. We don't know if this unfair comment is intended to harm us. I found this clinic online. I had bone and implant surgery at the same time in November 2024. My teeth were fitted 6 months later, and there was absolutely no pain or discomfort. The doctors and staff were very good and friendly. Transportation and accommodation were perfect. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
