The doctor was informative, friendly, and helpful. The treatment plan and recommendations were well-delivered.
The schedule is not correct, sometimes it's confirmed when we're already at the place, often we try to use a motorbike so we're not late but when we get to the place we're taking other patient actions, so we wait half an hour, sometimes more than an hour, sometimes we confirm from the start when we've arrived at a different place.

I distinctly remember asking at my last PSA appointment, "Doctor, can I have the molars filled temporarily after the PSA and have the crowns in 2-3 months?" I also distinctly remember Dr. Joy saying that permanent fillings could be done first, although I'd have to be careful when eating while waiting for the crown. Honestly, crowns are expensive. After the PSA, I had to save up for a crown, and I still don't know which type to get. I just asked the receptionist at Ava Dental what types of crowns are available and what the differences are. I'VE NEVER DECIDED WHAT CROWN I WANT. Finally, today, I finally got an appointment as soon as possible and went back to see Dr. Joy for another checkup. Before the actual day, when the admin chatted with me, I wanted to book an appointment for April 1st. I had already noted that I wanted a permanent filling on my molar first (it was stated in the screenshot I shared), and the admin responded well. I went in assuming that the admin, the doctor, and the team already understood my notes, and considering that at my last appointment, I'd mentioned that the crown would be in two months, and I was getting a permanent filling/direct veneer in the meantime. In the doctor's office, before the procedure, Dr. Joy simply said, "This is a filling and a crown." Since this wasn't my first or second appointment, I thought the doctor should have remembered my notes. Indeed, after discussions at previous appointments, my homework was to have my front teeth filled and my molars crowned. However, I also said I wanted it in another 2-3 months, so I thought the doctor's time to mention fillings and crowns was to remind me of my homework. After a lengthy procedure, Dr. Joy also explained that a temporary crown would be made for the next appointment, followed by the crown. I asked, "Oh, okay, so I'll make a permanent one first, and then how should I get the crown?" The doctor said, "Yes." I was shocked when I arrived at the reception. The lady mentioned 5.5 million for crowns, etc. First, I had already mentioned at my last appointment what I wanted, and Ava Dental said yes, as if they understood, but it turned out they didn't. Second, I NEVER DECIDED WITH ANYONE AT THIS CLINIC WHICH CROWN I WOULD GET. THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER CONFIRMED ANYTHING ABOUT MY CROWN, SO HOW COULD THEY SUDDENLY DECIDE ON MY OWN AND HOLD ME AT THE CASHIER? So, reluctantly and reluctantly, I paid. I am truly disappointed with this clinic. With such high prices compared to other clinics, I feel I deserve better service than this. I will never return to this clinic and recommend it to anyone.

Here's a description of the situation: The patient presented with a complaint of infected front and back teeth, and only half of the remaining back teeth. During the first visit, the doctor performed an examination, including X-rays, and explained the treatment options and estimated costs. In this case, the patient chose root canal treatment for the front and back teeth. The root canal treatment was completed in a timely manner, with good results, and without any complaints, and the patient will proceed to the restoration phase. As mentioned above, before starting the procedure, the doctor confirmed that today's procedures would involve filling the front teeth and crowning the back teeth (the patient had already received information about the cost of the crown during the previous visit), and the patient agreed. Therefore, the crown procedure, which included a buildup core, gingivectomy with bone reduction because the crown margin was below the gum line, an intraoral scan, and placement of a temporary crown, was performed. The doctor explained that the temporary crown was only for temporary use while the final crown was being prepared, which would take approximately one week. The procedure lasted approximately two hours, so there should have been enough time for the patient to ask questions if there were any issues. The patient did not express any objections to the procedure or the cost during payment. However, some time after payment, the patient came to the dentist and expressed his objections. The admin department advised them to discuss the procedure further with the doctor, but the patient declined. If the patient expressed any objections, we offered the option to cancel the crown procedure and request a refund, but to date, there has been no response from the patient. Based on the explanation above, we believe such statements are inappropriate. We are still awaiting a response from the patient regarding a refund, as the clinic will not force a procedure on a patient's behalf. This is not without its shortcomings, but AVA Dental always strives to provide the best care with the best equipment and materials. We apologize for any miscommunication. Every input is valuable to us. Hopefully, we can provide better service in the future.
