I've had several procedures done there, and I can confidently say the dentists are excellent, but the reception is terrible. You call and nobody answers. You send several messages, the person sees them and doesn't reply. The impression is one of neglect.

us that the patient, Alzenir, would be seen by another dentist because the one who had been scheduled was feeling unwell and would not be able to attend. (Contradicting the previous information). Nothing justifies an elderly woman waiting so long for treatment. *Paid in cash. *Disrespect for the Elderly Statute. *Disrespect for the order of arrival. *Conflicting information. *All 4 receptionists present were rude. In conclusion, arrived at 9:00 AM, the appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and she was seen by another dentist at 11:26 AM. Total lack of respect. TERRIBLE.

My experience at this place was the worst possible. They made me sign a printed contract with printing errors. I paid to start treatment and two pieces of equipment didn't work. I asked for a refund and they took 20% of the amount paid, claiming a contractual clause. A complete mess, a total disaster. Run away from this place!

Absolutely terrible. My son underwent a very expensive treatment, and they said there's no way to refund 50 reais. The clinic has absolutely no credibility. It's 50 reais, but it's mine; I didn't pay for the entire treatment. The clinic's obligation is to refund the remaining amount! I do not recommend them. I will contact the consumer protection agency (PROCON), you can be sure of that!!!!

Then a blonde woman in a white coat came, I told her my name, and again, no answer! I didn't argue, I didn't fight, I turned my back and left! And I kept wondering if I was ignored for an evaluation, imagine what the treatment would be like? Or maybe mine was an isolated case. In short, I've removed Sorria Goiás from my list!
