I would like to offer a suggestion to Astari Clinic: please improve your orthodontic treatment system. Braces treatment is not just aesthetic; it concerns the structure and long-term health of your teeth, so it should only be handled by an orthodontist, not a general dentist who has only attended orthodontic training or seminars. As for the service, I must admit that the doctors are friendly. However, regarding braces treatment specifically, I'm sorry to say that the service was unsatisfactory and even forced me to spend more money to have my teeth fixed by an orthodontist. My advice is to hire a truly competent orthodontist so that patients receive the right treatment. I was tempted to get braces here because of the numerous 5-star reviews, but after further investigation, I discovered that many of those reviews were given as a condition for a 10% discount. In my opinion, this makes the reviews less objective and not based on the honest experiences of Astari patients. I hope this review can serve as an evaluation tool for the clinic to improve the quality of its services, especially in the field of orthodontics. Finally, my advice to all of you who are considering having your teeth fixed with braces is to get them fitted by a truly competent and expert orthodontist, so you won't regret it later. For failed tooth extractions, we charge a fee of 50 thousand for the cost of tooth extraction materials, in the form of injection fluid and a new syringe. For optimal results, our dentist needs to see the condition of the tooth's supporting tissue and the condition of its roots, which can only be seen from your x-ray. If you have had an x-ray and are in Bandung, you can make a reservation via admin's WA for a consultation, it's free. The doctor will then check the condition of your tooth root.
