Excellent service provided by the doctor, hygienist, and receptionist. The facilities are well-located, safe, clean, and maintain excellent hygiene. Dr. Jaime is very knowledgeable and up-to-date, clearly explaining his procedures. Laura is an excellent hygienist. I highly recommend them.

This dental office is top-notch. Every person I met at the office (the doctor, the hygienist, and the office staff) was courteous, friendly, and professional. They really took the time to do everything right and addressed all my questions and concerns.

freely ask all of my questions. The clinic’s team of doctors were able to take care of all my dental needs from x-rays, teeth whitening, fillings, root canals, bone grafting, implanting and crowns. I have never had better or more painless dental care anywhere. The quality of work is better than that at my local clinic in the U.S. and my bill was a fraction of what it would have cost in the U.S. Another significant plus is that Arte Oral is in a very secure, clean, well-maintained and modern building that also houses the Germany embassy in Bogota, a beautiful city, where my wife, daughter and I felt as secure as you can expect in a metropolitan city anywhere in the world. Thank you Arte Oral for a phenomenal experience and a healthy mouth of teeth!

o did this was Laura; she was excellent! She was very thorough, gentle, and explained every single thing throughout of the process. After this, I went to see Dr. Jaime, who checked the outcome of my teeth cleaning and received recommendations from Laura about what she saw regarding my teeth (again, very thorough). He then proceeded to give me recommendations regarding my teeth whitening, which he did without any pain. I have a follow up appointment in August to see them again. All I can tell you is that I found my new dentist moving forward. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them!!!

The professionalism with which they work is evident from the assistant to the doctor and the other doctors, who insist on doing a good job and achieving the best results.
