Dr. Penno, despite a toothache in a 10-year-old boy with two first teeth (three years after the injury), failed to make a proper diagnosis. She stated that the x-ray showed nothing alarming, that the tooth was alive, responsive, and did not hurt under pressure. Three days ago, the doctor was looking for the cause of the problems, including poor tooth cleaning, the child's excessive sensitivity to pain, and my overprotectiveness. In the x-ray in which Dr. Penno saw nothing alarming, another doctor saw inflammation already present. Due to the doctor's incompetence, we are now fighting to save our son's first tooth, as the second tooth is also inflamed, which was also visible in the x-ray she reviewed. I definitely do not recommend it.
