Pleasant (within the capabilities of a dental clinic, well, in a massage parlor it would certainly be a little more pleasant). evaluate this part later :D. But I decided to write this review because I've been there 3 times for dental hygiene and Miss/Mrs. Lucia Kalanská is really top. Meticulous with a professional approach and also very nice. I don't really enjoy the cleaning there, but I'm still looking forward to it. You get "sunglasses", a rubber holder gelled into your mouth (I don't know the official name, but it's supposed to help keep your mouth open), a "pipe" (saliva aspirator), the music turns on louder and you get to work :). Right next door (same room, partially divided) another lucky person is undergoing the same operation, so you can feel a bit like you're in group therapy :). You can park in the garage downstairs in the building (I think 2 hours free), but there are quite a few different reserved spaces, so I prefer to park opposite in the outdoor parking lot for apartment buildings. You can always find a space there during the day. Entering through the garage and then the elevators and hallway is a bit more challenging (especially for the first time) to navigate, but there are signs everywhere, so it's manageable. You can also pay by card.

but before I went here, it was an adrenaline experience for me. And it is also thanks to the fact that the doctor (otherwise very nice, almost like a teacher in kindergarten🙂) always explains everything and warns you what will happen so that you don't get scared. And I must not forget the nurses and the ladies at the reception, top-notch staff. The clinic (very tastefully decorated) feels like you are going to meditation and not to the dentist. If I could, I would give it a 10 ⭐️
The best thing I have ever experienced in my life. If it weren't for Dr. Júlia Farkhat and her wonderful nurse, I would have been without teeth. Thank you for everything. I wish you many satisfied patients. And I advise patients not to hesitate and contact a wonderful dental clinic.

ur place, and with such an attitude I will never come again, I am also not a local to be your patient. I think it is okay to demand treatment "Immediately" since it was an acute condition. And to your surprise, in most clinics where they have at least a little empathy for people, it works. And that is if they come when the clinic opens, right in the morning according to opening hours (Which I did). I mention again that I am not a local, so I will not drive all over Žilina asking where they will take me when no clinic picks up the phone except for the emergency room where they deal with acute conditions after 4:00 PM, that is, at a time when a normal working person or student is still at their place of work. Hello, You came to our clinic saying that you have never been to us before and you did not even register in advance or even by phone and you requested treatment IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately, this is not how it works here and we think it does not work anywhere else. In case of acute conditions, our patients are treated immediately as soon as possible, but for cases like yours, there is a dental emergency room that we recommended you to. Excellent dentist, kind and willing to explain what is needed and most importantly the procedures are painless. The nurse is also great, so you should have absolutely no reason to be afraid to go here. I am personally very satisfied and I recommend it to anyone who is afraid of dentists.
I changed dentist and I don't regret it, he found 7 cavities even though I had a preventive checkup before. The equipment of the office is perfect, access to 1.
