I Had a wonderful experience, was a very smooth procedure the team was super polite and professional. Antonella the lady on the reception was so welcoming and awesome. I really highly recommend coming from a picky person like me I think they are really a good team.

We found this clinic thanks to Albert, an Albanian friend of ours who works there. We found them friendly, professional, and kind. My husband and I had bone reconstructions, implants, extractions, and crowns done. All without the slightest pain, despite my fear. several appointments for consultations and quotes, the treatment plan cost was a staggering five figures and four zeros. I would have had to spend almost all my savings, and as is well known, this and more is true for health, but I would have been left uncovered in the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting me or my family. I also tried requesting quotes from two well-known franchise chains, but the price was only slightly lower than the others. Even though they offered installment payments, I wasn't convinced by the lack of professionalism of these chains, which are all marketing and little substance. Concerned, I tried to find the most reputable, organized, and reliable dental clinic in neighboring Albania. Among the various results, the Art Smile Clinic stood out. Of the various clinics I contacted, it impressed me with its precision and professionalism in providing me with explanations. Mr. Alberto patiently guided me through the entire procedure, explaining in detail, based on the overview sent via WhatsApp, which treatments would be best for me, detailing costs, timeframes, and materials used (all with European certification and German origin). I was struck by the fact that the estimates made in Italy included treatments that were not actually necessary... After taking some time to think, I decided to leave. Half an hour from home I was at the airport, an hour and a half later I was in Tirana, where Mr. Aurelio and Mr. Alberto had organized the entire process with me, from the boarding pass to the transfer from the airport to my accommodation, which is located in a beautiful and modern apartment next to the clinic. The area is central, just a few meters away there is a shopping center and every imaginable service: bars, restaurants, laundries, taxis, supermarkets, exchange offices, etc. The city is quiet and safe, and no one dreams of bothering anyone at any time of day or night, unlike in Italy... My preconceptions dissolved when I lived in Tirana for several days. The exchange rate is favorable and things are cheap. Regarding the clinic, what can I say? It's modern and clean, and a lady comes every half hour to clean the common areas. The rooms are sanitized, the equipment is sterilized, everyone wears masks, and the doctors are extremely serious, meticulous, and attentive, almost obsessive, in demonstrating their desire to do things well and sustainably. My case was very complex, and everything went well. All the staff speaks Italian and are friendly and helpful, a quality that only Albanians can offer to us, so-called Italian cousins. I rarely leave reviews, but after two months, I'm extremely satisfied. I thank the medical director, Dr. Ernest Llaka (a university professor), and all the staff because I've truly saved a lot of money, and I don't know how I would have managed. They guarantee the work they do, so don't worry. They're not behind, we're behind... I recommend checking out their website and social media pages to see who they are and how they work. You can also download invoices for work done in Italy on your tax return. Pride and professionalism like never before. They're quick to get the job done, you can trust them, and I've written what I experienced. Thank you.

Excellent service, qualified and professional staff, very kind and understanding. This is my second time back because I was very satisfied from the beginning when they put in three implants.
