I saw Dr. Lim to get a checkup and to get some fillings done. She took the time to explain all of the options to me which allowed me to make the best decisions for the health of my teeth. Her staff were also amazing and very accommodating. …
There are many dentist nearby but i prefer to see Dr Lim because she is professional and explain in details to me. I even brought my young kid for examination. My kid first time seeing dentist and need a filling done, Dr Lim was so patient and even explain 1 by 1 the tools that she will use and count 1-10 with my kid, luckily my kid understand and patiently let Dr Lim do her job. the picture, before & after cleaning, then after filling so that my kid is comfortable with it, it was a great and relief experience. I also continue to see Dr Lim as she is gentle and patient, she will try her best to save the decay tooth if possible. Their price is also reasonable. Trusted and I am a satisfied customer.
The female dentist was unprofessional. My tooth was decayed, but I wasn't feeling any pain. She immediately told me it couldn't be filled and needed to be extracted. After the extraction, I discovered the root was still intact. She then removed my tooth without regard for my interests. After the extraction, I need to implant a new tooth, which costs RM6,000. Mr. Tan Soo Yen, Hello, this is Dr. Lim. I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our clinic. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify something. On September 1st, 2025 at 11:53 AM, after examining your teeth, I explained in detail that your cavity had reached the nerve, and the wisdom tooth behind it was also affecting the tooth's health, making it irreparable. After thorough communication, you agreed to the extraction, and I did not force you to make this decision. If you did not want the extraction at that time, you could have refused the option. As a professional procedure, I still retain your tooth as legal evidence. This tooth is not perfectly intact as you claimed; half of it was decayed up to the base. I understand that the subsequent treatment after the extraction may have caused you dissatisfaction, but please understand that our treatment decision was based on a comprehensive assessment of your dental health, and your regret was not due to our mistake.
