Anveli Dental performed the extraction and placement of 20 implants with loading within 5 days for a lower cost. From the first email contact to the last call after my return to France, I only dealt with people of remarkable professionalism, rigor, and dedication. Everyone I met put you at ease and is committed to helping you regain a healthy mouth and, above all, a beautiful smile. Paradoxically, despite numerous tooth extractions and implant placements, I experienced no pain, no bruises, or even hematomas. I was also able to meet French people at the clinic who had undergone their treatment years earlier; it was very reassuring to see people happy to have had their operations and more than satisfied with the results. So, here is my feedback after 7 days in Belgrade. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the professionals I met who contributed to my dental care.

arrived at Belgrade airport on Monday afternoon, and a driver from the Anveli Clinic took me to my hotel. On Monday, I met Bella, who followed my care from Monday, September 26th to Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. She is a true professional and exceptionally kind. On Wednesday, my surgery lasted two hours and was performed by Professor Stephan Ihde, the best in his field, an exceptional and highly professional man. When I woke up, everything had been done: all my teeth had been extracted and the basal implants placed. I returned to my hotel without pain and rested for two hours. Later that evening, I went back to the clinic to see all the teeth and the proposed colors. Then, I had fittings with Olga and Tamara, dentists and Professor Ihde's right-hand women. They are very professional, very friendly, and exceptionally gentle. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. From Thursday to Sunday, I had fittings and the placement of my new teeth. They are exceptional. I am very happy to be able to smile again with my new teeth. A year ago, I decided to have my entire set of teeth redone with Anveli Dental. In five days, everything was done and operational, whereas it would have taken a year and a half to two years elsewhere. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the excellent results. I highly recommend everyone to do the same thing I did with this dental facility. Anveli Dental is truly trustworthy.
I used to go to a different dentist before and had my teeth cleaned. It was an awful experience. I felt like they were scraping my gum and they didn't give me any water afterwards. d appointment, they told me I had to go to another clinic (Artrodenta) to have a tooth treated. So I went there, and they drilled a little into the tooth to confirm that it was a simple cavity, that the nerve didn't need to be removed, and that I had to make another appointment with Anveli for treatment. Why send me to another clinic for a simple diagnosis? Third appointment: I asked why I was seen but not treated at Artrodenta, and I received unconvincing, even contradictory, explanations. So, at this third appointment, I finally sat down to be treated. The dentist took forever to prepare her equipment. She went from room to room looking for supplies, searching for her tools, seemingly lost in the place. The chair (which looked brand new) didn't work... we had to change rooms... I ended up in an unheated room used for storage (boxes and other equipment). I waited a little longer... I could see that the dentist wasn't any more familiar with the new room or her equipment, so after 25 minutes without any treatment having begun, I decided to tell her that I didn't want to be treated by her. I felt like I was being treated by a dentist who was completely unqualified and inexperienced to care for a patient in a dental clinic. I think I was misled about Anveli Sofia. This clinic, deserted of patients, appears to be closed. Thanks for wasting your time!

Hello Sir, As stated on our website and various pages, Anveli centers specialize in complex treatments, full restorations, and major maxillofacial surgeries. We do not perform cavity treatments, which can be done by a conventional dentist. You requested an emergency appointment. We therefore referred you to the dental center that handles this type of care. Once the cavity was cleaned, we informed you that we could not place an implant because, as explained, it is not possible to place a single implant while you are suffering from periodontitis (infection), and we specialize in comprehensive treatments. We understand your disappointment at our refusal to place an implant, but it is quite surprising that you would leave such a review when no payment has been requested from you. The hundreds of other positive reviews from patients who have received dental care at our clinics are the best possible response.
I learned about Anveli online, like many patients, I believe. I made my decision very quickly, having always worked in precision mechanics. Hello Corinne, First of all, we are sorry that the Belgrade center (and not the Sofia center) was unable to treat you. Please believe us, our primary focus is on treating people, not canceling treatment by covering transfers, X-rays, and expert assessments free of charge. Although a thorough evaluation is conducted before each patient's arrival, this cannot replace the consultation as outlined in the quote you received before your appointment. We understand the frustration you may have felt upon learning that Professor Ihde refused treatment. This decision was based on medical reasons. However, as he explained during your consultation, performing the treatment under these circumstances would have been doomed to failure. We preferred to do nothing rather than risk causing harm. We are all aware that a negative review for canceling treatment is preferable to a positive one for treatment failure. Contrary to what you say, you were never offered treatment for both jaws during that session. In any case, it wouldn't have been possible during that session, as our schedule was full for two months, as you could see in our waiting room. The professor indicated that the only viable treatment solution was to also treat your lower molars because you lacked the necessary contact points to achieve proper occlusion. However, at no point were you offered treatment for both jaws, no estimate was provided, and no appointment was scheduled. We did everything we could to help you. We referred you to the clinic of a renowned colleague specializing in traditional implantology so that he could offer an alternative treatment solution. Our director came to see you personally at your hotel to explain the situation. You refused to meet with him. During this meeting, your husband asked us if, despite the cancellation of the treatment, the transfers from the Palace Hilton to the airport would be covered. We confirmed that they would be, as well as the consultation and X-ray. During this meeting, your husband asked us if it was common to have to cancel the operation, as he was surprised not to see any negative reviews. We told him that it was rare, but that the few people to whom it had happened understood that it was better to do nothing than to risk failure. Ultimately, this refusal of care is not pleasant for us either. An appointment slot was canceled (even though our waiting list is two months long and many patients are waiting to be operated on by the pioneer of basal implantology), and a technician from our Moscow center came for nothing (two plane tickets and a hotel). This is in addition to the airport transfers and medical imaging, which were provided to you free of charge. You didn't have to pay us a single cent. You will certainly find many clinics that will accept this treatment regardless of the protocol. It will be your choice to take that risk. We are perfectly happy to create an article about your experience, explaining the reasons for this refusal on the radio. You will, of course, have the right to reply.
