Very good experience from the get go, with the staff being 110% happy to help, from first visit till last they helped me with every information I needed for the treatment. The treatment itself went smoothly and without any pain all the way through. I am really satisfied with the result.
The service is excellent; the staff are well engaging; the place is quality, the equipment is state of the art; best place for your dental care needs.
The clinic is perfect. I received very professional treatment. One small drawback: the wait at the labs the clinic relies on. This is probably due to the large number of dental tourists.
Recently visited to undergo extensive dental treatment I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and treatment I received from the onset. Everyone was professional and supported me through every stage of the process . Best dental clinic I have ever been to. Staff are amazing and very helpful and professional. My dentist Merve and Assistant Beyza took good care of me and saved me a lot of trouble in the future. accommodation in a nice hotel right on the beach it was absolutely amazing view and relaxing place and they did perfect transport form the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. Basically form the first visit I wasn't sure about their experience but Day by day I felt more comfortable and I realised that they are going to deliver a professional job particularly Mr Koray, he absolutely knows what is the best treatment to do for every single client so I have to admit it for all the services they are providing in their clinic they are working professionally with a high technology equipment and highly experienced so I come back from Turkey Today and I'm glad with all the big job they have done well for me and also I have to go back to complete the job in 5 months time. The dentists are outstanding (I never thought I'd be this close to falling asleep during a root canal, but between Beyza, the most adorable dental assistant, and Didem, the gentlest dentist on earth, I promise you it's possible), and the entire staff immediately puts you at ease. And the result is incredible! They are incredibly meticulous, offer advice, and do everything possible to best meet your needs. Even with a patient like me, suffering from fibromyalgia and with complex issues, they did everything to satisfy me and were determined to minimize my pain, even going the extra mile themselves.
