I'll clarify that I've never had any serious dental problems, so I didn't understand why there was so much attention being paid to this x-ray. The doctors started insisting on a 3D x-ray, implying that I probably had a problem and that it would be more visible in 3D. I had a 3D scan for 150 lari (the panoramic one cost 10 lari, but they didn't charge for that, only for the 3D). They found nothing wrong with it. When I asked about a filling on a problem tooth, they told me there wasn't enough time for it today and I needed to come back tomorrow for a cleaning. I was the doctor's last patient, and the appointment was 30 minutes late through no fault of my own. I wasn't properly cared for. The doctor also said they would create a financial plan for me so I could understand the treatment stages. I paid and left, remembering the treatment plan while I was waiting for a taxi; by then, the doctor had already passed me on her way out of the clinic. I went back for the plan, and they told me the doctor doesn't record the patient's medical history or the results of the consultation, so they couldn't provide me with a financial plan or treatment plan and would send it to me by email the next day. I received the plan, but it wasn't the next day and it was incomplete. I asked about the missing items, but I still haven't received a response. The clinic isn't cheap. I spent a long time choosing it based on reviews and ended up paying 200 lari for a consultation and an X-ray that neither I nor the doctors really needed. I'm extremely disappointed with the negligent attitude.
