This was my first visit to a dentist in Cambodia, and I needed some complicated work done: a root canal and a crown placement on a completely rotten molar. o the language barrier, there was some initial confusion. For example, I didn't understand how many visits would be required to complete the process. After the first visit, I did not know what to expect as far as pain, but after taking full doses of aspirin and acetaminophen, everything was fine. The procedures themselves were mostly pain-free despite how intensive they were. The miscommunication was not necessarily due to language, since they have a Sri Lankan lady on staff whose English is outstanding. However, I was not briefed as fully as I would have liked. I'd recommend this clinic to anybody, including foreigners who are accustomed to world-class care in their home countries.

Thank you for your urgent help- so quick and qualitative job with two cavity fillings at a go at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, the doctor is accurate, the room is comfortable. Nice place to recommend!

I’ve had my braces done here and am very happy with the final results. Highly recommend their services. They were knowledgeable, professional and had no problem communicating with me during the process. I’ve been to other dentists here in Cambodia and can say without a doubt that the service here was much more comprehensive and thorough.

I had a checkup, clean and polish at Angkor Kampuchea Dental Clinic this morning. I explained about my “gagging” problem to make sure they avoided touching my tongue (wherever possible). I was incredibly disappointed by the staff here, particularly the dentists. I had a deep filling that needed to be refilled as it fell out. The first dentist did some work on it and the filling stayed in for about 2 months. I returned to the same place and they refilled it for me for free, but it was a very rushed job and it fell out again after about a week. The third time I returned, they…

said that it was not possible to fill that area well because of the angle of the tooth filling. Three different dentists tried filling it in, the third being the rudest. Again, it took him all of about 5 minutes, like with the 2nd time. It fell out, of course, after about a few days! An acquaintance recommended me a specific dental clinic that did good work for him, and I got it filled once again! About five months later, the filling is STILL inside!!! Angkor Kampuchea Dental Clinic refused my request to let the head dentist try his hand at filling my tooth after it failed the first and second time. He is Japanese and they told me that only Japanese patients are scheduled to see him. Really?
