ve experience in my life. I am aware that tartar removal can be uncomfortable, and minor bleeding or irritation may occur. However, so far, these have only affected my gums and have disappeared within a few hours, while this experience has caused significantly more serious discomfort. The whole story is that I used their promotional tartar removal service in November. I didn't notice on the website that this didn't include sandblasting - which I find strange in retrospect, since based on my experience so far, tartar removal always consisted of the following steps: ultrasonic tartar removal, sandblasting, polishing with paste. The treatment was done, the dental hygienist was nice, but I didn't feel the cleaning was thorough enough. Within a few days, I noticed that despite proper oral hygiene (electric and single-bristled toothbrushes, regular use of dental floss), plaque that was difficult to remove began to form on my teeth. According to my previous experience, this feeling only appeared months after tartar removal. In addition, I also discovered brownish discolorations on my teeth, which I found strange, since the treatment had only been done a few days earlier. I have never had any other dental problems (e.g. cavities, cavities), I am just prone to tartar buildup, and braces would be recommended due to the position of my canines (small jaw, large teeth). Therefore, in a respectful, friendly tone (not accusing or demanding), I contacted the practice by email, asking if the discoloration was normal and what options there were for its treatment. The practice suggested that I come in person for a consultation. The examination was performed by Dr. András-Hunyadi Dóra, who said that the discoloration could have developed even after a single Christmas dinner (which I find strange), and recommended a sandblasting treatment to remove the stains. The practice offered to perform the treatment at half price, which I gratefully accepted, and we booked an appointment. I arrived on time on the appointed day, I was polite, so I don't understand what could have caused the passive-aggressive attitude and sarcastic comments that accompanied the treatment - not to mention the injuries caused. I don't want to sound dramatic, but I really felt like I was on a slaughterhouse: they used instruments in my mouth with a rudeness that I have never experienced in my life, anywhere before. I then wanted to pay for the service. After the doctor brought out my chart, she said that the treatment was free (I don't understand this either, since we didn't agree on that). I don't need free treatment; I just want to be treated respectfully, humanely, and to avoid unnecessary pain and intentional injury during the procedure. Unfortunately, the picture I wanted to upload of the wounds caused violates Google's guidelines, so I can't share it here. I will never come here again.

asked me to put my glasses on my sweater, which I had laid on my bag, on the chair. Then I indicated that I was sensitive to the pharynx. He probably didn't take what I said away because he laid me completely horizontal and treated me like that the whole time. When I first gagged, he asked "what's wrong?" - here I indicated again what I had indicated before. After several groans, he just waited for me to recover, when I asked to raise the treatment chair, he didn't remember, he just adjusted some on the built-in pillow behind my head. When he was done, he said, "If you flossed properly, you wouldn't have this much tartar." I won't go here again, it's disappointing. The two stars only mean that the result itself was satisfactory.
If you want a swollen infection, I highly recommend it, otherwise everyone would be better off avoiding the office from afar. I wanted a simple filling, which the doctor did, but it was not mentioned that this would involve 10 days of follow-up treatment and 3 visits to the oral surgeon at the hospital. wound was my fault. Interestingly, at the other 3 places I went, everyone looked at me in shock that such barbaric work could be done. He touched my mouth with the machine, injured it and it became inflamed while I was under the effect of lidocaine numbness and did not feel it. When I returned to the office the next day, waiting for an answer, another doctor just asked if I had had plastic surgery, lip fillers, when it was completely clear that my mouth was inflamed and swollen due to the unqualified work of the office. This professional mistake cost me a lot of time and money to investigate and have treated, not to mention the fact that you can't even go out looking like that.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years for teeth cleaning and whitening and I highly recommend this place - Szimonetta is professional, thorough and always does an excellent job. She’s also friendly, polite and makes the experience so much better.
