First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Kıvanç and his team. They restored my dental health to its former state with a successful operation in a period of approximately 4 months.

I use Icodlar Zircad Prime Aesthetic. It was a really good experience anywhere I go I try not to follow social media hype. So I discovered this gem through a friend who moved to Antalya and works in the banking industry he highly recommended Andepol. Amazing from start to finish.

I needed a bone graft with implants and my dentist went way smoother than I thought. Mr Kivanc explained everything step by step in this own way and made me feel safe when I was panicky. Healing is slow but going well, I'm very happy with how things are going so far.

Found this clinic online and had an online consult on whatsapp, it went ok. They explain things good and didn’t rush me, which I liked. I’m planning my All on 4 with them now, not done yet so cant say final result. Price seems better than what we pay in UK, travel stuff they told me looks fine. Dr Kıvanc is friendly and reply quick. I’ll write more after treatment if all goes as planned.
I contacted them via WhatsApp to ask about Teeth Whitening and Professional Cleaning treatments. They provided good advice and transparent pricing. On arrival, x-rays are taken and assesed. During treatment, Yasemin was brilliant, she is very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely return and recommend Andepol's services. Thanks!

Last night I was experiencing quite severe pain because a piece of metal was stuck between my teeth. About nine months ago, I went there to have 28 crowns done for cosmetic reasons. Instead of individual crowns as discussed, six dental bridges were fitted, which were already loose and leaking after just a few months! time, pain, and stress—all at my expense! That was about six months ago, several molars have already chipped on the outside, and today I had to have two crowns removed due to severe pain! Mild pain and sensitivity started on one side shortly after the crowns were fitted and two days ago became unbearable, throbbing pain! I have a pulpitis (inflammation of the dental nerve)! I now need a root canal and a completely new crown! I feel cheated and deeply regret it! I cry about it often and would never do it again! Update: July 11, 2025: I am suffering from severe gum inflammation. The crown margins don't seal properly on almost any of my teeth. I have several very deep gum pockets with periodontal disease despite very thorough cleaning and regular professional dental cleanings! And yes, I have terrible bad breath despite meticulous cleaning! It's nothing but a disadvantage, especially in social situations. It caused me severe depression! This was definitely the biggest mistake of my life! On the one hand, I can't recommend this clinic (sloppy, poor, and unclean work!!), and on the other hand, I would never have this treatment again! I strongly advise everyone against it!

Hello Marie, Your first treatment at our clinic was in October 2022, to receive dental crowns as requested. You received a consultation and were fully informed about the treatment plan, which you were satisfied with and accepted. We have never completed a patient's dental treatment against their wishes and requirements. Upon completion of your treatment, you received a warranty for your dental crowns. You were informed that you could return to us if any problems arose, to have them resolved under the warranty, and that your warranty would be void if you went to another dentist to have your crowns altered. At the end of your initial treatment, we took X-rays of your mouth and teeth before and after the completion of your dental work (as we do with all our patients), which showed no issues. You contacted us and informed us that you were experiencing problems with your dental crowns and returned to our clinic in March 2023 so that we could address these issues under the warranty. Your treatment plan was also reviewed. On the first day of your second visit with us, we took another X-ray of your mouth and teeth, which revealed that your crowns had been cut and modified by another dentist and had become loose. This was confirmed by you when our dentist began treatment. We also found infections in your mouth, which we assumed were due to these modifications. You did not inform us about the modifications to your crowns before returning to our clinic, and these modifications voided your warranty. However, because you had infections as a result of these modifications and some of your modified crowns were loose, we have a duty of care to all our patients and replaced all of your crowns and completed your dental treatment as you requested. We took your final X-ray after completing your treatment during your second visit. At the end of your second treatment session with us, you told us that you were satisfied with the treatment and service you received and bought some of our staff members small gifts. The final photos we took of your mouth and teeth showed perfect results, and you were very satisfied with the completion of your dental treatment with us. You did not complain or inform us of any pain. Since March 2023 and the completion of your dental treatment, you have not contacted us. It is regrettable that you wrote an online review about us without informing us of dental problems that you claim are due to our treatment. It is highly unlikely that you would have experienced the problems described in your review as a result of our dental treatment six months after completing your second treatment. We dispute the claims you make in your online review of our dental clinic, and we have your X-rays and photos to prove that you had no problems after either of the treatments we performed.
