I highly recommend it. My husband and I have been going to this office for over 10 years, and we've never been disappointed—they're very professional and effective. The new office also has a very attractive design.
Beautiful office, efficient treatment, and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Kucia is misleading regarding the price of his services and shows serious doubts about his abilities. I do not recommend him, and in fact, I advise against it.

The assistants' incompetence is unacceptable. When I called the office and asked to register at the Rudnik office, I thought I would be registered there. However, on the day of my appointment, I discovered I had been booked with a dentist in Krakow (without the office confirming my appointment).

Response from the owner Edited 8 years agoThe assistants are competent; both the an.dent.com website and the Google business card provide phone numbers for specific offices. If you called the Krakow office, you were given an appointment in Krakow, not Rudnik. The assistants are unable to register patients at offices in other locations because they don't physically have access to their schedules.
Extremely competent staff who genuinely care about the patient's well-being – thoroughness and professionalism in every aspect. I came to this office because of a chipped tooth, and they provided comprehensive care, much better than the dentist I've been going to – or rather, have been going to – for several years. Thank you, and I highly recommend them.
The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant. The doctors are all specialists. I highly recommend it.

I don't recommend it. I only went to the office because I had a quick appointment. The treatment was painless, and I don't know if it was due to the improperly administered anesthetic. My tooth still hurts after the treatment. I've never experienced this with my dentist before. The atmosphere wasn't pleasant, nor was the receptionist. I personally don't recommend it.

Response from the owner Edited 8 years agoHello, the doctor who performed your treatment is known for repeatedly checking on the patient's potential discomfort during the procedure. Administering another dose of anesthetic if the previous dose is ineffective is also no problem for her. The doctor is also surprised by your review, as he informed you that after this type of treatment, the tooth may still cause discomfort for several days.
A well-equipped office, everything is on site. Positive and professional doctors. I recommend it :)
As of today, I don't recommend it. I used this office for about two years. Dr. Magdalena was a very nice and professional person (she no longer works there). The receptionists also treated patients with respect. The day before the appointment, they always called to confirm their arrival. And today? appointment scheduled for 8 a.m. (today), and if I hadn't called to say I'd be five minutes late, I probably wouldn't have realized until I got there that I hadn't arrived. No one informed me that the doctor would be absent and that the appointment wouldn't take place. Well, it may be a small matter, but it speaks volumes about how patients are treated now. When I read the office's description on the website, I smile, beautiful words... Half of it is just blah, blah, blah. It's a shame, but I'm changing my mind and won't recommend this office to anyone. The doctors here are very professional, very kind, and very patient. The doctor helped me with my pain and took care of my teeth. I found my dentist! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
Dentists may know what they're doing, but when someone came in with a problem, they told me to make an appointment. I just wanted them to see if the rest of the tooth would hold up and what could be done next. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
