I had made an appointment with another dentist, but I had some trouble and was unable to get in. However, I needed to be seen right away, so I called and they said they could come right away. The clinic was clean and the staff explained everything to me, so I'd like to continue going there.

they were just going to get it over with because we were using social security. The service was terrible and unacceptable. The staff at the counter couldn't handle the problem, probably because the doctor inside seemed overwhelmed.

scaling was painful and very slow. He didn't clean the tartar. The patient's mouth was full of water, letting it drip down his cheek. Why didn't they use suction to suck out the water? They told the patient that his gums were inflamed and his mouth was bleeding all over. After the scaling, we looked in the mirror. How could a lot of blood not flow? Your tool pressed into every nook and cranny of the gums until it bled profusely. It hurt a lot. It usually doesn't happen to Dr. Bank. I've never felt this way when I've had Dr. Bank. When I met this doctor, to be honest, it's very bad. Next time I plan to have a tooth extraction if I see the same doctor. I can confirm that if it's not Dr. Bank, I won't do it. It's this bad. How bad would a patient's tooth extraction be? He lies down and curls his feet and hands, and he almost chokes. This is unacceptable. It's very bad.
Terrible! My filling fell out after only a few months. At first, the dentist said it was finished, but when I looked at it, it was **not** okay at all. So I had the dentist redo it, but I'm still not satisfied. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
